They do make a "stretch belt" install/removal tool, but that being said, do it the best way you can. The tool can be cumbersome to use. Glad you got the P/S issue sorted out. Had to be something simple. Perfect alternator output!!! Never used a DD but reading the manual, I'd just start retracing what was done. Be sure to add the additional ground from sending unit/DD/tank ground to body and it mentions not using the ground of the internal pump (if you have it there). I'd keep them both separate, baiscally run pump power to relay and ground from pump to chassis and keep the sender side a solo run. 👍
Thank you very much sir. The knowledge is valuable. You did be amazed how little the woman I spoke to at ford performance knew anything or some of the employees there who will never return your message or get back to you when they say they will sir. She told me ford does not sell crate coyote engines, you have to buy the entire Mustang in order to have access to the Ford coyote engine. She is a ford racing performance employee.
Thank you very much for the comment and answer sir. I could not get Ford Racing performance to tell me this. The woman that works there told me that Ford do not even sell the coyote crate motor. I was dumb founded because ford racing performance do sell coyote crate motor. This is how I got this one.

Coyote charging systems run about 15 volts, They are higher output than previous Ford systems....... That's why you can't use the 4.6 alt
