9/27/2024 This is a very interesting video. I will love to try this. However, I would weight the dough so all jars have equal amounts. I would steamed canned them instead of submerging the jars in water. My comments are to expand and offer a different twist on how to make this. Not to offend. Thank you for sharing your knowledge ❤
Thank you very much. I always appreciate respectful constructive criticism 😊 It’s how we learn. I’m always looking for ways to improve. Again, thank you 😊
@@teresahammond8944I finally found a way to pressure can white bread but your video was so instrumental to finally get the missing part I was searching for. We all learn, but it takes people like you to lead the way. I am now researching how to pressure can whole wheat bread. I learned that the recipe is as important as the process. Thank you, 🙏

Just watched a video showing the Amish just put lids on while bread is hot and they will seal as the cool. No water bath
It would have been helpful if you had opened one to see how it turned out.
I do but not right away. I like to wait a few months so you all can see how shelf stable they are.
I definitely want to try this - I believe you're using quart jars, right? Thanks for sharing your techniques and knowledge!
These are pint and a half
What size jars?
