omg my lower body noww burning! thank you Lottie for such a wonderful workout. this helps me bunch from sitting for hours for work (combine w/ your desk posture stretch workout) and strengthen my lower body. wishing you a splendid Christmas!

Regarding today's video, i struggled before the glute bridges and i'm thinking it's because there wasn't much warming up? Or maybe the challenge was a bit difficult today and my glutes were already on fire before the 10th minute... Other than that, i'm very grateful for what you are doing and i'll keep on watching the playlist and all the other really lovely videos you have posted. :)

yes it's to encourage a subtle feeling of togetherness and connecting of the ribcage back towards the spine, it helps be in a more neutral safe alignment rather than extended (arching) too much through the mid back. I'm looking to do lots of tutorials on the terms I use and exercise breakdowns when the membership launches x
