Ireland and Scotland | A Special Bond

Hey everybody.
Today I made a video talking about an unspoken brotherhood of two nations with similar histories. Its my home nation Ireland and our nearby neighbor of Scotland. I hope you enjoyed this new type of video. I'm working on a relatively big video so im hoping to have it out within 10 days.

The north of ireland

Ireland has an ancient connection with Highland Scotland. Been the case for centuries.
The connections with Ireland to Lowland Scotland + North East Scotland not as strong. Here, Scotlands ancient connections here are to Britain + Scandinavia.
Scotland is actually a hybrid nation with influences + connections coming from those 3 directions. Has been the case for a very long time:-
- Highland Scotland + Ireland
- Lowland Scotland + Britain
- North East Scotland + Scandinavia

Thanks for your comment. I don't think so anyway especially in modern day Ireland as relgion is not as important . I feel as though the cultural connection between Ireland and Scotland cannot be divided by religious differences Unless we are talking about sporting rivalries like Celtic V Rangers😂. I feel like the common Celtic past and just the general relaxed nature of the people are quite similar which creates a brotherhood despite religious differences
