@pmportella yes this is a really good way of squaring things up nicely. Also, if you're wanting more personalised tips to help you, i can analyse your swing and send you feedback. Follow me on Skillest.
Interesting to see this approach to it. The feel that it has taken for me is getting to delivery and trail hip to lead heel. It sees to get enough back and up for now, until it inevitably leads to toe shanks 😂😂😂
@alangrant8688 this technique here is great for driver if you suffer fro hitting shots out the heel, but i would't advise using this for irons as you could get the toe shanks haha.
@dry509 yes were using the trackman IO to track all the data. By the way using the code shaw5 you can save yourself some money on any launch monitor on their site. www.golfswingsystems.co.uk/
Ive been teaching myself to play golf since August. U have been progressing decently, but my drivers backspin is consistently between 3000 up to 7000rpm. My club head speaks averages between 105-112 and I’m only carrying the ball 240-255. I know my backspin is killing my distance, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to lower my backspin. Do you have any advice?
Thanks for commenting. With regards to the spin on your driver. Improving the strike will help lower it. However having 7000 spin with driver shouldn’t happen. If you have a regular or stiff flex driver shaft I’d consider looking at X Stiff and a lower spinning head. That’ll really help you lower the spin. But the strike is still key as I’ve pointed out in this video. So head over to the link on my profile page if you’re looking for in person or online lessons to help with this.
@ thank you for the reply! I have the TaylorMade Qi10 Max driver with a Fujikura Ventus blue 6S with Velocore. I really wish I wouldn’t have gotten the Qi10 Max as it’s the least customizable, and someone else just told me to get an extra stiff shaft too so I’m looking to upgrade to maybe the Fujikura black 7 or 8 Extra Stiff and try pairing it with either the Qi10, Qi10 LS, or possibly even the AiSmoke Triple Diamond at an 8 or 9 degree loft. I think having a head that’s more customizable may help because there honestly doesn’t seem to be much I can with the Qi10max. I already have it at a 9 loft, and there’s no counterbalance in the max to play with
@dry509 if you take a look at part one where we focused on building the distance, this one here was to improve the direction. th-cam.com/video/QEK1Gzx-ewE/w-d-xo.html
I wish I could have that experience! the club cover is a very underrated tool, i've tried it before and got me hitting real nice shots.

Are you using track man to get the data you’re showing?

Interesting there’s not a lot of difference in distance on some of the shots?
