I believe she is suffering from the onset of dementia. I have 20 years experience of working with people with dementia. There is something disorientated about her demeanor and also something in her movements that looks as if she's a bit lost.
Like the idea of giving prisoners a good education so that they succeed when they leave jail. Better for everyone. 👍
God help us if by some demented way they end up in White House. Best we turn the page, even better, close the book, hopefully on both of them.🙄
