    Thank you,I am always seeking more calcium. I cannot have dairy which is hard. I know there is some in almonds and broccoli too. My family has a history of osteoporosis so I am trying to fight it. The doctor says it's hereditary and there's nothing I can do I say God has a cure for everything that we could come up with...

      Strange doctor. There is no such a thing there is nothing you can do. Paralysed people walk !! Just eat as many products as possible which are rich in calcium and take supplements. Also eat hummus and tahini, but don't forget that tahini is very rich in calories. God bless and good luck 🌷🌷🌷

    Most beans are legumes & as are lentils. Part of the diet given to us after the flood.
    I was raised a vegetarian 75 yrs ago. Tried faux fish 30 yrs back but couldn't get it past my nose...literally.
    I was able to tolerate milk at age 3 so drank it. Now, it is consumed very infrequently except in form of sour cream and the other first listed on your list.
