Very low quality ingredients. For hiccups, hold your nose and drink water. I usually take at least 5 or 6 gulps, sometimes a few more if the hiccups are really bad. You want to feel your ears popping as you swallow. If you hiccup while drinking (which does happen sometimes), do it again. It does work, though, for me.
