1:33 is a decent time around Croft. Good footage.
I’ve got a day at Croft in a couple of weeks for the first time and really looking forward to it after watching this footage 🏎

It’s a good fun circuit! Some of the corners take a bit of thought and practice, which I rather enjoy. You’re going to have great fun - especially if your username reflects what car you’re taking 🚀

I've just realised I watched your crash video recently 😬 Hope you were OK after that! Sub'd to channel - I'll follow your fun antics 😁

@@WhiteRoseDrives that’s for the sub! Yeah all good after that harsh lesson 🤦🏼‍♂️
Had Snetterton and Oulton Park since I got her back in June so really enjoying my track time and back comfortable in it.
Hope to see you sometime on track 🤙🏻🏎

Great video Mark! Love the fact that you run rings around just about everyone else on the track.

    Hi ......very impressed!!
Is it a straight R400 or has it been further modified ? K series ? 200bhp ? Throttle bodies ? 6 speed box ? How long have you had the car ? How many track days have you done in it ? Do you maintain the car or do you have a specialist look after it for you ?
Apologies for sooo many questions but its useful getting other Caterham owners' feedback. Thanks
    David Trent

Hello @David Trent, thanks for watching! No problem on the questions. It's a Duratec R400 with a 6sp box. The engine is (currently-stay tuned for more on that soon) standard. It has an SPC Tracsport LSD, which is considerably better than the original. I've done many, many track days over the years, but in the Caterham I'll be up to about a dozen by the end of the summer. I've had it for a year, packing a couple of days in last year, but most this year. As of June, I've already done Snetterton, Donington, Nurburgring Nordschleife and Croft. It's maintained by a combination of a specialist and by me (I keep to simple tasks 😆 ). It is without a doubt the most enjoyable car I've owned!

Not too familiar with this circuit. Seems technical yet pretty fast. Great skills again!

It’s pretty good fun Oli. Some nice challenging bends that you can practice over and over to try to get vaguely right. The complex of T1,2,3,4 is really good fun.
