- ITALIAN FOOD - In this video, I will take you on an Italian food tour in Salerno to eat some of the best seafood in Italy and have lunch with a family and taste some traditional Italian home cooking.
To start our Italian food tour in Salerno, we went to a local restaurant to have the best seafood in Italy.
After that, we went to a historical coffee shop to eat an incredibly delicious homemade brioche stuffed with artisanal Italian gelato.
The following, to continue our Italian food tour in Salerno, we met with my good friend Michele. We went to a local pastry shop for breakfast and we had some of the most delicious Italian desserts in Italy.
To end our Italian food tour in Salerno, we went to an Italian village where my friend Michele lives to have a traditional Italian home-cooked meal made by his mum.

Italian food = best food in the world! The Italian cuisine has it all: pizza, pasta, fish, meat, seafood, pastry, gelato, wine, espresso…you name it. I love it! 🇮🇹 ❤️

And they don’t get fat. The rest of us are going wrong somewhere. All those lovely carbs yet we’re told they’re bad for us.
Everything is homemade, no chemicals or E numbers. Maybe therein lies the problem, we’ve stopped cooking from scratch yet Italians still do.
Incidentally, on my last visit to Italy, I visited a supermarket & noticed how tiny the freezer section was. That tells you something.

My Italian side came too this country in 1899, I remember Sunday dinners starting at 1:00pm and continuing till 6:pm, in the 50’s things changed drastically as the elders started to pass and the love of food started to fade, family bakery business couldn’t compete any longer. So now it’s good memories.

I was in Italy for a month when I was 15 years old. I came back to the US and it took me 10 years to eat Italian food. Now I eat it a couple times a month.

I have always closeness towards Italians as a Turkish person. We have so much characteristics similarities except food delicaties. Each person in Türkiye and Italy can live their country with comfort. I always follow your channel especially in Italy and Türkiye.

I was in Salerno and the surrounding villages “”Vietri sul Mare “”with local food ؛was very unique. If you know ten foreign languages there, only Italian will help you. Everything was pristine, the food, the weather, the scenery, the people in a good mood, and I used to shop in these small shops every morning with a straw bag, although I didn't know Italian, but I got the point across. It was very interesting, I love this country and Italy is heaven on earth.
