Very Moist Banana Loaf

- How to make a super moist Banana Loaf Cake. You can always double or triple this recipe according to your liking :)
Here's what you'll need:
2 to 3 large overripe bananas
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
1 large egg
3/4 cup brown sugar (150g) you can adjust sugar according to your pref
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 and ½ cup all purpose flour (190g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 cup walnuts (120g)
1. Preheat oven at 170C/350F. Mash bananas, add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix until incorporated.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add walnuts.
3. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
4. Brush 7x4 inches loaf dish with oil or butter. Line with parchment paper.
5. Place batter and top with more walnuts.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
7. Let it cool down, Serve and enjoy!

I have tried many banana bread recipes and there is no doubt that this recipe is the BEST! The perfect combination of all ingredients. Perfect texture and taste. Thanks to the author! In general, all the recipes from this channel that I have tried show excellent results.
P.S.
I completely forgot to write that I changed the recipe a little and used melted butter, since butter usually makes the taste more interesting.

I made it today adding pecans and chocolate chunks. My oven took me 1h to fully bake the loaf but its so good! It was my first time baking banana loaf and all of my family got so surprised how good it tastes lol thanks for the recipe!

I couldn't throw away those over over ripped bananas, so I tried this last night after 10pm. I added chia seeds, used coconut oil and almonds instead. Cut it this morning and had a taste. Just the right amount of sweetness and indeed moist and very delicious and best simple ingredients

I made it today. Just perfect. I didn't have baking powder so I only used baking soda and it was good enough. I also replace flour with 1 cup wheat flour and half cup white flour. The baking time was same as mentioned.

From Philippines. I haven't tried doing it yet but I do believe it is really moist because it is similar to the one I baked before.
I am not one to bake, but my bananas are always being tossed in the garbage and I like banana bread. I tried this recipe and was even I was able to make it. It tastes great and I’m not just saying it other people said it is great and definitely moist. Thank you for this.

Nice and simple recipe.
When my bananas get too ripe I put them in the freezer (the peel will protect the fruit). So I always have ready for baking. Just let them thaw then cut one end; they'll slide right out, then mash.
