1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk (1/2 evap + 1tbsp vinegar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
