@@hermes7587 Agreed. The Mann O' War is the Clan Charger. Light weapons for punching down on infantry and light vehicles. Now, if only it had barrel fists.
Despite being oddly under-armored on the side torsos, and having a lot of tonnage dedicated to maneuverability/speed, this was a surprisingly satisfying mech to use in MW5:Clans. Using MASC to sprint around the main battle line to hit vulnerable targets or light up rear armor on slower mechs is always a fun way to play.
Very glad to hear this, and I hope you enjoy it for weeks and months to come. Trying to get some more silly lore videos included at some point, along with more homebrew stuff.
10 shots seems to be the over under number for endurance. Over is good, under is bad. So we'll call 10 turns of fire adequate, especially if you capitalize on the higher speed to get in to hit hard and get out to reload.
Grab a Alt A and go to town, 3 x lrg pulse are awesome, switch to the 4 med lasers when they get close to allow a round or two to cool before going back to the lrg pulse 😂
Whether you're loading an AMS version or a pair of MG's really depends on the scenario. If you know you're going to find enemy infantry or battle armor, KEEP THEM INSTALLED. If it's open terrain or engaging enemy fire support, then you pop on the AMS. MG's are only useless until you need them badly. Because ERLL and GR are horribly wasteful on crunchies.
It's a fairly capable platform, quicker than most, but not going all in on speed at the cost of firepower, though I do wish the 54KPH Executioner Beta version had its bugs worked out as an alternate option. It could have been a reasonable alternative to the Dire Wolf.
Seriously, I had a few people ask to make it a "mech called the Burrock officially, and I do think it would be a solid platform if you remove its negative quirk (which is not really needed).
@@ProfessorHeyTeeEn Eh, Burrock doesn't fit as a name, but we can leave that to merchant caste to figure out the marketing on. A 3/5 95 ton omni would bring great honor to the scientist Caste and be a powerful tool for glory in the hands of any warrior caste or mercenary company that can afford it.
Sadly, this is 16 tons over weight. Clanner space magic only goes so far. It's the same problem as comparing a Hellbringer and an Ebon Jaguar, one went to university, one went to the gym.

As assault mech should act like an assault mech, Agreed. Now to find someone to tell me the Highlander isn't an assault mech worthy of the name. While I understand techs hate leaping assault mechs, you haven't lived until you've planted your feet through an enemy's cockpit.
@@ProfessorHeyTeeEn Gotcha, Professor. Its my personal bias. I'm a Ghost Bear at heart. Few things make me happier than seeing just how fast and how high you can propel a machine. MASC, superchargers, improved jump jets? Yes please, all you can give me.
You have heard of the Charger? Well this is the Supercharger.
I think this titel belongs to the Man´o´War / Gargoyle.
The Executioner is more similar to the Banshee.

@@cobalt968 I am usually scared to underarmored mecha, but the Executioner is not that bad. At least, compared to a lot of other 90/95 ton mechs.
The Von Rhors, or something like that, was the first homegrown Kurita mech I thought.
the gladiator was first, the von rohrs replaced it
@@topcatcoast2coast579 The Dracs want you to forget the Gladiator existed, but it was their first.

Charlie, A Tale of Two Twenties
As long as Charlie doesn't go to Candy Mountain, we should be fine.
THAT'S HOW OLD I AM.
The Executioner-B (A) only has six tons of ammo. Each of its four guns can only fire ten times.

It's enough to stay in the field of a regular engagement. Especially when compared, again, to the Annihilator.

The Clan Large Pulse Laser is such a great weapon, especially when compared to the entirely lackluster Inner Sphere one...
@ the IS one really needs a couple more hexes in range to be a decent weapon
