Basically you can look at things two different ways. The gap: what I didn't do, or The Gain: What I did do! A lot of this is mindset. I'll have to read "Four Thousand Weeks." I like the point about limiting your goals. I think most people don't achieve their goals is because they are all over the place. Great tip! I'm having this nostalgic feeling watching this. I was binging your content 3 years ago when i had competitive exam and was going through the loss of a loved one. I still remember the comfort i found in them. I wish i could feel that for the first time again. It was so assuring seeing someone like me on the internet. This year the result of my exams really matter and I have worked hard during the academic year but i guess now that the exam season has finally came, I'm so unmotivated and lazy. This was a sign for me to get my shit together and don't let all my hard work be wasted. Love you Lana.❤❤❤
The line at 13:18 woke me up to reality. I have recently had quite a few great accomplishments which in some weird way did not bring me the joy I thought it would. If someone told the 2022 version of me that I had accomplished these things, he would be ecstatic. Today, not so much. I needed this to wake me up.

The greatest legacy any author can leave behind is to teach others " How " to think " ... Exercise is one of the best ways to exit from an unmotivated or lazy state of mind, taking care of one's body resolves many issues, regular reading does wonders for learning about all kinds of information, as many authors put in very useful information about the world...detective novels also have the best information about the real world... The number is 4171 and some change, it's known as the most interesting number in the world...I don't normally do math, though when I do, it's to figure out how many weeks there are in the 80's :) ... -ER x

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back
