@@DueNorthGaming pft, the incest in this game is nothing compared to Genealogy of the Holy War. That Saga of Fire Emblem was riddled with incest that Fates looks hella tame in comparison.
The first time I heard this, I didn't even care that Azura sang the same song like 5 billion times. It was good. I liked it. It's kind of like having your favorite song on repeat.
That's how I feel about Shadows of Valentia's main motif. They use the main theme in almost every track but it's so varied and dynamic that the game's soundtrack still rules.
@@bartholomewthundercatiii3484 Even though I have some strifes with SoV OST (Still like it a lot), when the main motif comes up in Twilight of the Gods, it always make my body shivers. I feel like the whole OST condition you for this moment.
@@desplanchesstevan1418 I think SoV did it better as it would usually use the motif for a spare few seconds. It felt like a build up to the final map. Fates liked using the song a ton before that and more than just motifs. I do think people overreact on its usage but I definitely feel they should've been more sparing on it.
@@sizzle5775 Oh yeah, definitely. Lost in thoughs all Alone is a beautiful song on it's own right, but it being splattered everywhere (and not only in Fates) is a bit much. The team of composers did a much better job integrating the main motif in the whole OST with SoV and Three Houses.

Reg: Welcome to the Salty Spatoon how tough are ya? Not me: I beat Conquest on Lunatic. Reg: Yeah so? Not me: Without any deaths Reg: Uhh right this way.
And the worst part is that Takumi is way harder than any of those giant ass dragons... Seriously, that Takumi is probably one of the worst nightmares for players of Conquest...
Id (Purpose).- "This is the power of our invisible ties, and now you're going to see what they can do to you!" End of all.- "Here is where my path led me, and now I'll end it once and for all!" Such philosophical difference.

@@peterjumper881 Seems like someone didn't use Ryoma to annihilate Birthright's final boss. With Conquest... @@peterjumper881 yeah but who doesnt spam eternal seals. Like the only purpose of seals ingeneral are for leveling stats till you can one shot pineapple head
Man, just something about these final bosses... Birthright's didn't really stick with me because it was pitifully easy to just rush in with Ryoma, but Conquest's... man, the whole spacial distortion going on all around, the incoming hordes of enemies, the cover system, and having to take someone that the character has been established as family along with this music was something else. Revelations' final boss being in space along with the grand scale of the thing just had me in awe, and it was so satisfying to barely take that thing out with an army of selected favorite characters from both games (mostly consisting of the side characters like Arthur, Ignatius, Mitama and the rest). The memories and escapism I had with this game will stick with me for a long time.
My biggest complaint about birthright is that most of the maps were route or defeat the boss maps. It didn't really give us any really attention grabbing maps such as Conquest chapter 10 or 12, or den of betrayal. Den of betrayel is that one ninja chapter where you can keep saizo alive to disable the traps. Of course, babying him throughout that gey chapter is a total pain, but the reward is there in the form of a speedwing. You know what you get for saving effie and arthur in the Birthright chapter Camilla? Jack shit.
Im not an awakening and I love fates but the story is pretty bad, awakening has its story as ur not important and chrom is and u join him through all these experience next thing you know ur fighting yourself from a parallel universe who just turned into a dragon the same very one that wiped the planet. The reason I dislike fates is cause u have to buy all of the games and dlc to understand the timeline and SPOILER lucina isn't fun the future but from a parallel university where chrom died basilo died and he is important as he is the one who helps robin plan ahead of the battle, what if I said robin was always evil in the first timeline and was a double agent luring chrom for the fire emblem to turn to grima but the robin in awakening lost his memory due to... Should I go on (it involves grimas possession) face it awaking story is way better than fates as u even trust and love the characters you fight with
TessieWatchingClub everything building up & then Azura singing in hopes of saving Takumi made it such an intense battle 😭😭 I made sure no one died and had corrin finish off the shadow pineapple. And the Fuji yumi being the saving grace 😤😤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 bless
Lol Birthright's what I did was use a hex rod and then sent Avatar in with damage buffs. Speed and Strength is so op in Birthright. Though I guess the insane damage and speed is countered by poor healers and mages... those mages can't hit the broad side of a barn. Meanwhile Conquest your laughing maniacally with Nyx dodge tanking ranged attacks in the back well sending magic boon Avatar and Kana in dragon forms as siege weapons. Man did I enjoy Phalanx strategy in Conquest. Birthrights was just "throw Ryoma, Avatar, Takumi at them and win" Conquest I had to get creative with tactics such as having splinter groups like with the defense chapter, send one group of 3 down the left as vanguard to rush and stop Takumi from using the map effect. Keep a mage, azura, and an archer back to operate the weapons and use them more then once. Have knight characters guard paths entrances send Camilla to hunt any flyers, Beruka to clean up. It felt so good clearing that map that easily. Especially on lunatic. Never realized how op dragonstone tanking could be till that point.
Sam Behrman For a console named after a gimmick it has access to so many great games. My entire Pokemon library can be played one one console, it's great. (Also FE Fates has the best 3D I've seen in a 3DS game by far)
I playing all three games for the first time, finished Birthright and I'm about to fight Ryoma in Conquest, definitely having fun But so far I may prefer Birthright since I can't build every unit I have in Conquest due to limited resources, my favorite thing to do ;-;
@@mtk77621 it’s true, fate as a game is a big step up from awakening and is genuinely a great game, the problem is that the story turned out to be a mess so most overlooked this.

It was my first fire emblem that i actually liked to play myself. The earlier entries never were my cup of tea. The story and lore, chefs kiss (often), but the gameplay.... Fates caught me. And I am glad that Fates and Awakening saved the franchise as it allowed the more intricate Three houses and the nostalgia driven Engage to exist.
Birthright: Sing with me a song of birthrights and love the white scatters to the sky above Dawn breaks through the gloom, white as a bone Lost in thoughts, all alone Conquest: sing with me a song of conquest and fate the black pillar cracks beneath it weight night breaks through the day hard as a stone Lost in thoughts, all alone Revelation: Sing with me a song of silence and blood the rain falls but cant wash away the mud within my acient heart dwells, madness and pride, can no one here my cry? All three: You are the ocean's gray waves distant to seek life beyond the shore just out of reach yet the waters ever change flowing like time the path is yours to climb... you are the oceans gray waves....
I just had a huge realization recently. "You are the oceans Grey Waves, destined to seek, life beyond the shore," Asuming that this is talking about Corrin (or avatar, im just going to call them Corrin) and how they were stuck in the castle all their lives. Now think about it. Hoshido, the kingdom of Light and Dawn, or white. And Nohr, kingdom of Darkness and Night, or black. And who is the person that's torn between these 2 Kingdoms? Corrin. Black+White=Grey
+Jar Gamer SPOILERS Actually, it's slightly more accurate to say Corrin's dad was more the one made to kill Anankos's madness, as he was a physical embodiment of his last stitch of sanity, but the only actual thing Anankos willingly did to try to stop himself was make the song and pendant, and bury himself in the mountain. Dad!Anankos more or less realized his child had the best chance of stopping Dragon!Anankos, which was why he asked the Awakening kids to come and help. If he hadn't died to save Lilith, he likely would've come directly to Corrin's aid eventually.
Anankos foresaw three different futures for his child and so made a song (each verse is a description of each future) that at once acted as a means to calm himself and as a once and only message to his child. Corrin's dad is the being Anankos made from the last vestiges of his sanity in order to find a way to stop himself. Unfortunately, he was plagued with amnesia (surprise, surprise), then he fell in love with Mikoto and had Corrin with her. Then at some point he remembered his origin and who he was, telling Mikoto about it and the threat of Anankos' imminent destruction of Valla. Afterwards, he sends her, Corrin, Arete and Azura away to protect them. Mikoto vows never to reveal the truth to Corrin so that they never have to carry their father's sins.
@@thedragon12 nah, doubt it. I found engage main theme kinda weak compared to previous FE games. Also many of the ost basically a remixed ost from the prequels but still giving me a nostalgic vibes. First Fire Emblem game that I’ve ever played and I loved every single moment of it. Finished every route so it’s safe to say that Revelations is my favorite path out of all 3
It was my second. It has since become my favorite game of all time...in part because it helped me through a really tough time. I love this game and everything about it. It's almost problematic.
It’s become a rare thing to see someone say Revelation is their favorite path in this game. A *_lot_* of negativity floods corners of the net, especially Reddit. But enough of that. It’s good to see another enjoy their introduction to FE!
+Nabeel Hussain Same here! I actually told a friend of mine (after beating Conquest) that it topped Dialga's Fight to the Finish and he stared at me for a good minute before saying anything to me.
+Neoxon I too am glad for the localization. I mean honestly, this might be comparable in some ways to the first pokemon theme song. That might be too much of a stretch though. God bless Rena Strober.
+Neoxon English is better for the faster versions of the song, but slower versions are better in Japanese IMO. EDIT: Actually, I just enjoy the English version better in general now. Damn good job to Rena Strober!

+Solitaire DUDE I WAS LITERALLY LISTENING TO THIS WHEN I WAS WRITING MY RESEARCH PAPER I HAD BEEN PROCRASTINATING ON LAST NIGHT!!!!! TURNED IT ON THE LAST MINUTE OF THE DUE DATE!!!! like comet surviv
I know I'm like...6 years late but I keep thinking how good the cover art reflects each royal and their counterparts in the way they look at eachother: (This is a veeeery long rant, sorry for that) Xander and Ryoma looking the most equal of the brothers with his conterpart while both raised their head in a regal stance as both are the future kings of their respective kingdoms Both Camilla and Hinoka looking at eachother with a sided position that contrast them (both twist their head to the left, but because of the teams Hinoka ends up showing her back as a combo for her cool personality) Leo and Takumi's stance is the most curious one for me because they reflect how they think they're are completely different when they are probably the ones who have more in common, they both have a sorta calm stance while staying in the middle of both teams, both holding their weapons and evading eachother's looks as if they don't really want to be a part of this Elise and Sakura follow a same pattern too, both hold their healing weapon woth both hands with the difference that Elise's stand is more extroverted and Sakura's more introverted Now this is a guess of mine but unlike every Royal the Corrins don't look at themselves, they look at their big brothers on the enemy side, as if they want to put a brave face but it's clear by the stance that they're not in the head of each group to fight Again sorry for the long rant but it fascinates me how much a simple cover can tell of each character, the artist did an amazing job presenting it like this
This just feels amazing to listen to. One of the best songs in the whole game. The whole entire soundtrack is a masterpiece, but this is just beautiful.
I like how every final boss from fates has a mechanic/characteristic from other fire emblem final/important bosses (at least from those who i know) King Garon: he's a dragon, the most basic one (shadow dragon, binding blade, blazing sword and awakening) Takumi: He's a character who was possesed by a evil prescense and it was to late to save him and it has a powerful attack wich affects almost everyone in the map (genealogy of the holy war, mystery of the emblem, sacred stones, path of radiance, radiant dawn and awakening) Anankos: another dragon wich he can control other peoples minds and summon soldiers (sacred stones) tell me if i forgot a boss also that i haven't played/saw gameplay from tracia 776
+MetaSplendid Ultra Radiant Dawn's boss would better fit the 3rd category, minus the being a dragon part. Kind of one-upped that one with dragons being commonplace there. As for Path of Radiance, the final boss was definitely insane, but not really possessed, nor do I recall him having any AoE attacks, but just being really annoying to fight.
I’m sad I never commented on this before during the summer of 2019. I miss these days. Fire emblem, the soundtrack. Everything. My first fire emblem game was the sacred stones and that’s how I ended up getting my username. I miss it a lot. 12/21/19 11:19am
I overleveled my Corrin too much, and ended up beating the final boss in two turns. Kagero died during the enemy turn in between. But this song got me through all of that. Good god this song got me so hyped.
My friends are all like: Team Conquest! While I'm the only one who has birthright. We all started playing and battling in multiplayer, just today they asked me for another rematch and I say: look it doesn't matter how many times you try, Ryoma is just too strong for you to beat. My friends have not beaten me even once because of Ryoma.
+Mudkip 3258 Ryoma is such a good unit, and he destroys Nohr so hard by himself lmao: my friend usually has to dart around him in order to just steal skills from me lmao
He was the last one remaining in the final battle for me. It said that attacking the final boss would get him killed but I did it anyway, he got astra and a critical hit, dodged the attack, and did another Astra + critical hit combo, that is how I beat the final boss of birthright.
Brawlbrstrm3's videos are automatically made from user-submitted content. The channel would only generate a rotation for this track if somebody sent in the audio file for it.
No one wanted to take the time to go through each song's loops and merge it into one. Granted, the size would be way too big if all three songs are included.
Well, there's no denying whether they're real, just whether they're good... to be clear I'm only talking about Fates, Awakening is possibly my favorite FE of all time except maybe possibly perhaps three houses
@@snurt256 Fates was pretty lame, the protagonist choices were so frustrating and their lack of ability to adequately pull off any kind of subterfuge made the main plot that focused on subterfuge kind of unbelievable

I really love this song. I actually listen or sing this song every day. It has been stuck in my head since November of 2016 and I have not got it out since. I also know just about every last word to this song. I also got all three fates games and the lost in the waves dlc before awakening so I'd purpose did not have much of a chance for me to love it but it found a way.
I like this version more than the Japanese. It actually feels like she's singing to you and sounds at least 2x more pretty (not saying the original sucks. It's also really good too)
Te quiero mucho Fates, aunque tu historia no es la mejor, tus personajes, tu música y sistema de juegos no los olvidare jamás, se me eriza la piel de escuchar tremenda obra maestra.
I thought it would be impossible to outdo Id ~ Purpose. I was _very_ wrong. EDIT: Holy shit guys, _please calm down._ Both songs are great in their own right. I was just stating my personal opinion, and then the replies somehow broke out into a flame war?
+Midnite ゾロア I do still prefer Purpose to this song, though I feel I'm swayed by the fact that I liked Awakening more. Regardless, this is still a fantastic endgame song. (y)
+Akane Sasu Sora both themes kind of evoke different emotions. id-purpose seems to invoke triumph and the fact you WILL prevail no matter the odds. this one feels a lot more melacholic as if you're weary from the fighting, but steel yourself one last time to end it all
+Akane Sasu Sora Personally, I think Fates has the better soundtrack overall, but Awakening does have the better final boss theme, ID Purpose in this case. Just felt like more built up to that moment of facing Grima. First it's all grim (no pun intended) as you set your troops up, and then BAM! The song that kicks in, it's like "TO VICTORY!!!!". This theme is similar and I like how you get different lyrics depending on the path you took, but it just didn't have as much of an impact on me. And because of the lyrics being divided, I felt the song was too short.
This game has such a haunting sound track, I finished it but I had to go back and play it again because the songs would not get out of my head, ITS SO GOOD
+Romeo Martinez In conquest? Because those weren't a problem for me at all. I had 4 blessed lances and I was fine, but not for actual enemies they were really hard.
+spacenova The Key We Lost from Xenoblade Chronicles X is a really good contender though, the boss for it wasn't bad but i would have rathered the second half to be an XL monster rather than L, and maybe for the first half too, i wanted them to make it a bit harder but i died like five times before i got a strat so *shrug*
for sheer what the heck factor, I'd say Doomsday Trance from Trails of Cold Steel III, with the context of what's going down would take the cake on that one
Dezzebot wahe I didn’t like this end theme to be honest. I mean, it’s not bad, but I guess I liked the epicness of Awakening and Echoes end themes much better.
I just finished both hoshido and nohr side of the story, and I gotta say, I loved both of the story. Hoshido's side is more heartwarming and shows more of the family love story. Meanwhile, Nohr has more tense, thrilling, and some truly emotional moments. (Not that birthright didnt have any) If there is any complaints for each side, I feel like the development between the protagonist and Azura was too slow and sort of irritating. I dont wanna spoil it, but I think (hope) people who played it, will agree with me. Nohr side, in the other hand, pretty much made Azura's role too little. Its something I noticed after beating it, but she didnt feel too important compared to your personal struggle and Nohrian family connection. Maybe its because Its because I beat the Birthright first, which overused the Azura song too damn much in my opinion, causing me to feel as if she didnt appear as important as she was before. Anyway, my point is, I just cant wait til the revelation is released.
+uniorbrown Have you played through Revelations yet? It really felt like it tied everything up that felt like it wasn't quite right in Conquest and Birthright. Funnily enough, I played Conquest first and liked it a lot more than Birthright. Birthright felt so depressing by the end of it, which is sort of funny since that path is supposed to be all about light. I wasn't as emotionally drained when I beat Conquest compared to Birthright.
+razrv3lc Iam currently playing revelation right now, and I plan on ending the story when i pair every possible character. I also agree that Nohr has better story wise, although I think Nohr has more emotional sides
+Unlimited Power Honestly. It wasn't that bad. It's still leagues away from the potential it had, don't get me wrong. But there's something endearing about it still. Maybe that's the optimist in me talking?
"good job"= rewriting several characters into terrible parodies of themselves, removing a bunch of accessories for no reason (i'm honestly wondering why they removed swimsuits yet allowed for stripping weapons, the ultra-skimpy Dark Mage outfits on the loli characters, and a swimsuit DLC...), renaming several characters who didn't even have Asian names (although admittedly i like some of the new names better than the originals such as Nina, Azura, and Niles), removing most audio lines, and toning down several meaningful support conversations to the point where they lose a lot of their intended impact. But meh, the gameplay is still superb and somehow untouched. And i can still use Sophie as a mobile stripping machine (another thing that i'm wondering how its allowed) on my foes so in your face, censorship efforts!
Definitely still the best final boss theme in all fire emblem games. It's close though but this is just too much man. People can shit on fates all they want. But still has the best gameplay and soundtrack imo
Takumi is a great character ya tards. Prove me wrong. Also, Camilla is most likely a sociopath. She isn't exactly my favorite character, I'd say that either Xander, Elise or azura would be my favorites. The hoshidan characters are cool and all, but nohr is just more devleoped than hoshido.
this was so damn amazing in the final fight of Conquest though it was Azura singing this, i wonder how she was able to sing that long for the entire fight....
Conquest Hard Classic was simultaneously the most enjoyable and stressful thing ive ever done, and while the final chapter was asanine in difficulty, this song is hella cool.
I'm playing through Conquest on Hard Classic right now. I found Birthright's final chapter on the same difficulty to be super stressful, so I wonder how Conquest will compare. So far, Conquest hasn't been that much harder than Birthright in my experience.
@@PerhapsGuy i never actually finished Birthright, only played a little bit of my brother's copy when it came out. Glad to hear people are still playing Fates tho these games got too much hate. Revelations deserved it tho that game was trash lol

The music and the art is SO GOOD for this game. I just wish the characters were as good, because I keep coming back and I keep re-learning "oh yeah this game is kind of bad."
This track, in all variations, is so fitting for a final confrontation. The beginning is an incredible build-up, and the song has an overall grandeur that is just right. The soundtrack in general is pretty great
god, the beginning gives me chills every time and then the music starts: "time to end this!" Love Fire Emblem Fates sooooo much! Cant wait for Revelations (Invisible Kingdom) march 10th :D
Obviously this whole track goes hard but 0:56 is the rawest shit in any Fire Emblem game. Regardless of the game it’s attached to, that part sounds like a battle of the gods and hypes me up to no end.

A sweeping victory it seems...
wpcrunch The game was far too easy using brooms only. All the enemies got swept away.
I had Ryoma use a parasol for a chapter, he got a crit and said "you die, NOW" and I ded

@@desplanchesstevan1418 pp
@@desplanchesstevan1418 I think SoV did it better as it would usually use the motif for a spare few seconds. It felt like a build up to the final map.
I mean, no one forces you to use Ryoma. And it was pretty easy to rush Corrin in on both of them.
Never realized how op dragonstone tanking could be till that point.

yet the waters ever change flowing like time the path is yours to climb...

Anankos created both Corrin and the song to kill his insane half.
+Jar Gamer Actually Corrin was more of an accidental creation that happened to work out in the end.
+SageOfAnys accidental

2 Years Later: "I HAVE ARRIVED WITH COLLEGE APPS!!!!"
I know I'm like...6 years late but I keep thinking how good the cover art reflects each royal and their counterparts in the way they look at eachother:
(This is a veeeery long rant, sorry for that)
Xander and Ryoma looking the most equal of the brothers with his conterpart while both raised their head in a regal stance as both are the future kings of their respective kingdoms
Both Camilla and Hinoka looking at eachother with a sided position that contrast them (both twist their head to the left, but because of the teams Hinoka ends up showing her back as a combo for her cool personality)
Leo and Takumi's stance is the most curious one for me because they reflect how they think they're are completely different when they are probably the ones who have more in common, they both have a sorta calm stance while staying in the middle of both teams, both holding their weapons and evading eachother's looks as if they don't really want to be a part of this
Elise and Sakura follow a same pattern too, both hold their healing weapon woth both hands with the difference that Elise's stand is more extroverted and Sakura's more introverted
Now this is a guess of mine but unlike every Royal the Corrins don't look at themselves, they look at their big brothers on the enemy side, as if they want to put a brave face but it's clear by the stance that they're not in the head of each group to fight
Again sorry for the long rant but it fascinates me how much a simple cover can tell of each character, the artist did an amazing job presenting it like this
This just feels amazing to listen to. One of the best songs in the whole game. The whole entire soundtrack is a masterpiece, but this is just beautiful.
Id Purpose and End of All.....you both are godly as all hell.
I like how every final boss from fates has a mechanic/characteristic from other fire emblem final/important bosses (at least from those who i know)
King Garon: he's a dragon, the most basic one (shadow dragon, binding blade, blazing sword and awakening)
Takumi: He's a character who was possesed by a evil prescense and it was to late to save him and it has a powerful attack wich affects almost everyone in the map (genealogy of the holy war, mystery of the emblem, sacred stones, path of radiance, radiant dawn and awakening)
Anankos: another dragon wich he can control other peoples minds and summon soldiers (sacred stones)
tell me if i forgot a boss also that i haven't played/saw gameplay from tracia 776
+MetaSplendid Ultra Radiant Dawn's boss would better fit the 3rd category, minus the being a dragon part. Kind of one-upped that one with dragons being commonplace there. +Jason Rodriguez I legit died then cuz dawn it's so awesome.
I like this version more than the Japanese. It actually feels like she's singing to you and sounds at least 2x more pretty (not saying the original sucks. It's also really good too)
These games were awesome! I just finished all 3 and I loved them soooo much!
+Midnite ゾロア its a shame that the game doesnt have a divine decree equivalent
+Midnite ゾロア I do still prefer Purpose to this song, though I feel I'm swayed by the fact that I liked Awakening more. Regardless, this is still a fantastic endgame song. (y)
+Akane Sasu Sora both themes kind of evoke different emotions. id-purpose seems to invoke triumph and the fact you WILL prevail no matter the odds. this one feels a lot more melacholic as if you're weary from the fighting, but steel yourself one last time to end it all
There are two kinds of people.
This game has such a haunting sound track, I finished it but I had to go back and play it again because the songs would not get out of my head, ITS SO GOOD
Screw... The spawning rate of those Faceless...
+Romeo Martinez In conquest? Because those weren't a problem for me at all. I had 4 blessed lances and I was fine, but not for actual enemies they were really hard.
It's because the normal enemies were a pain to deal with and the Faceless comes to finish off my units...
oh that makes sense
SELF-DESTRUCT!
Basically Kaze took care of half of them in the risk of falling!
But they keep missing 40-50%
XD
this has to be the most powerful endgame song i've ever heard for any game
+spacenova The Key We Lost from Xenoblade Chronicles X is a really good contender though, the boss for it wasn't bad but i would have rathered the second half to be an XL monster rather than L, and maybe for the first half too, i wanted them to make it a bit harder but i died like five times before i got a strat so *shrug*
for sheer what the heck factor, I'd say Doomsday Trance from Trails of Cold Steel III, with the context of what's going down would take the cake on that one
this has to be one of the best final boss battle themes. So emotional, energetic and upbeat
Its a breath of fresh air to find people who like the game than to see all of those who don't like Fates or Corrin. I like Fates too!
Another reason the localisation team did a good job: each route has a different Endgame theme.
+Mara S. This happens in the Japanese version as well, so that's not really special.
+PeejsterM We need to congratulate the localisation team on anything they don't fuck up.
+Jar Gamer this^
hopefully the backlash from the west will see to it that there will be less fuckupery in the future
+Unlimited Power
Honestly.
10:38 Revelation
2:22 Birthright
6:30 Conquest
Definitely still the best final boss theme in all fire emblem games. It's close though but this is just too much man. People can shit on fates all they want. But still has the best gameplay and soundtrack imo
Played all the routes in Fates a billion times, still love this game so much😄
One of the if not, Greatest final boss song in any video game
This brings back many nostalgic memories of 2016.
As someone who hasn't played Fates, I can say Camilla is my favourite character for uh reasons
@@Nate-ms4be Camilla do be kinda hot though
Most of the characters can be summed up in one sentence, usually pretty small ones. It’s sad that there wasn’t much character depth
@@aubreyh1930 Leo’s sentence is: he likes tomatoes and angst.
I would blame someone for being the final boss for conquest, but that would be spoilers....hehehe...
+Arcflame Arcanum And who's to blame for that? Yep.
+Matthew Jaluvka #BlameHans
#BlameCorrinTheDumbass
+Matthew Jaluvka #BlameTakmi
+TyTyRocKz12 #BlameTakos
These are probably the best final battle themes in all of Fire Emblem
this was so damn amazing in the final fight of Conquest
though it was Azura singing this, i wonder how she was able to sing that long for the entire fight....
+Daniel “Fulcrum” Valencia so damn amazing *and stressful* if I'm to add. Damn Lunatic Classic Conquest! Haha
I may just start a Classic Lunatic Conquest file haha
Daniel The Birb only so she could somehow save her brother from that darkness :'(
this theme is burned into my mind after countless retries of Conquest end game on hard
I love the parts when the singing comes in like around 2:22
Sounds so foreboding with the backing music being so intense and in a minor key. Kinda gives me the same feeling as when the chanting in sothis theme starts
I never thought, they could make a sniper a good boss. Even less as a FINAL boss.
The 1-2 range and overpowered weapon helped
+Jar Gamer
Don't forget that invisible pair-up unit and its RNG enhancing bullshit.
Actually it was 1-3 range, with dragonscales and the overpowered weapon.
You are the ocean's gray waves..........
Sing with me a song of birthrights and love, the light scatters to the sky above
Dawn breaks through the gloom, white as a bone
Lost in thoughts all alone
You are the ocean's gray waves, destined to seek
Life beyond the shore, just out of reach
Yet the waters ever change, flowing like time
The path is yours to climb
You are the ocean's gray waves
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate, the black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone
You are the ocean's gray waves, destined to seek
Life beyond the shore, just out of reach
Yet the waters ever change, flowing like time
The path is yours to climb
You are the ocean's gray waves
Sing with me a song of silence and blood, the rain falls but can't wash away the mud
Within my ancient heart dwells madness and pride
Can no one hear my cry?
You are the ocean's gray waves, destined to seek
Life beyond the shore, just out of reach
Yet the waters ever change, flowing like time
The path is yours to climb
You are the ocean's gray waves
The music and the art is SO GOOD for this game. I just wish the characters were as good, because I keep coming back and I keep re-learning "oh yeah this game is kind of bad."
This track, in all variations, is so fitting for a final confrontation. The beginning is an incredible build-up, and the song has an overall grandeur that is just right. The soundtrack in general is pretty great
I can't help but sing along every time I hear a version of Lost in Thoughts All Alone.
Shigure!
@@Lord_Stardust Yep, that's me.
I love listening to her song during boss runs, it just sets the mood right 😤👌
The one time the English versions fits more than the Japanese version. The voice is so much more prominent and fitting to the final battle.
god, the beginning gives me chills every time and then the music starts: "time to end this!"
Love Fire Emblem Fates sooooo much!
This song is now on the top of my favorite final boss tracks
No conozco mucho la franquicia de Fire Emblem, pero he de decir que este tema es más que increíble!
I got goosebumps when this song started as the game starts... azura's voice 😢
Azura should have been an Emblem, not Camilla
U right
real...
Damn this is a good Final boss theme
Birthrights final boss was calamity Ganon before calamity Ganon, prove me wrong
I just finished Revelation after beating Birthright and Conquest. This theme just made the final clash between Anankos on epic proportions. But lord oh mighty was he a pain in the ass to beat!!
bithright 2:23 Conquest 6:31 Revelation 7:43
Revelation 10:40
That fight made it really feel like Azura herself was a god, blessing your entire squad with her powers.
