its good to see jbl supply the castor kit when i bought my martin audio ws218x subs they didnt supply the castor kit for them so it became a 2 man lift to move them
They didnt supply them. I purchased them along with the cover when I order them from Ben. Actually Ben adviced me to get them

Man im so frustrated!! I JUST bought myself an srx818sp and this whole time i didn't know you had this video until it popped up in my suggestions. I wish i couldve seen this video before i made my decision. I git the srx sub because i like matching my set up but then im starting to think that the vrx918 are just better in size and power as well as weight. As much as i want to return mines i alreadyy bought the cover for it as well and its judt going to be a hasssle to return them

Have you compared to srx828? It blew my mind and I cant imagine a single 18 in a smaller cab can compete. Reaches looooow. Im about to buy one but you have me thinking twice.
+Zac james no It cant go as low as the dual but output wise it has been said might come cloae to 3/4 that of the dual 18s output. I never did I legit side by side though
What made you decide on these over the SRX818Ps? Have you had a chance to compare the two side by side?
+rebel949 side by side. The vrx kills the srx. Even though they are the same rated power. Better components and amps male the vrx better. The srx isnt really much of a step up from the prx 18.

Watts yes. But watts don't mean anything. In person a vrx is louder than a prx.

Ev's are good but I'd go with their higher end stuff like ekx or etx. I wouldn't really go any lower than those two. Etx are loud! If I was still doing bigger stuff I'd do some ETX.

For just one piece of The Line array speaker or subwoofer. It is super expensive. It is impossible to get one. The jbl VRX ones are cool

Nice, I'm really thinking of getting them if I can get a good price. Even got in touch with Ben Stowe for some prices. I did put together a 2 minute video showing my setup, and how I setup my gains. I actually followed your method. Btw, I have a ddj-sz, not sz2. I meant to say I have one as well, like you do. if I need it to be louder, I'm guessing I would put it up from the speaker itself at that point. Besides that, I would have to get more speakers, correct? Any feedback would be great.

Hi dj rick, big love and support from me and love your vids and hype ur making while dj'ing, i got quest its finaly come for me to upgrade some speakers, im going from rcf to jbg, dont have money for New rcfs so jbl like 700 series from srx just or 800 srx im interest i know what tops i would get, but im torn from 2 dual subs... srx 728s wich ur using in bigger events and New i mean they are not New now but still fresh a bit, 828sp, i have deal for just few houndreds more to get 2 srx728s and crown crown macrotech 9000i used from friend but its dont have a houndreds of hours working so still good fresh amp and i know hem, or to get 828sp's couse i feel like to have all active and just carrying 1 amp for subs, its not a big deal i wouldnt mind but if a difference in terms in output and power is 2 or 3x how it shows on paper from jbl's syte than i Will get 728's... but just couse those are newer but btw im getting like New 728's so they allso New but preffer fresh look of 828 so thats pulling me to 828 look and active" but dont mind if need to carry 1 or 2 amps its not a big deal for me, im dj not from band so sound quality dont care, its jbl anyway so any Will sound great but to me is important wich one Will pound crowd more and stroger thats what im looking from any sub sound well tops are for that ^_^ sorry for my little bad english... thx for reply ^_^

The intro of your subs
For some reason, I have not liked any vrx900 setup I have heard, especially outdoors. I have found the subwoofers do not make much difference to the already lacking bass of the vrx932 speakers. It may just be bad luck, and the people that use them not turning the subs up that much.
The subs really dont pair well with the 932s you need like a 2 to 1 ratio for the subs to have near the presence of the 932 arrays. The 932 arrays sound great but there coverage pattern is bizarre.
A pair of those in an open area it will rock!

The woofers that are in the vrx (the neo-dymium) were int the last model of the srx800 series before they went back to VGC (vented gap cooling) with ferrites, some say the older ferrites were better (thast subject to debate) but the vrx is tour grade, those are the same drivers that are used in the vertec subs and line arrays and yes they are lighter and they do punch but yes they are expensive to replace or recone, especially from JBL,
Also they took them out of the SRX models because of cost

Neo motors are inferior to ferrite in my opinion because they get hotter quicker and tend to not favor long play times as much
before getting anything else you should invest on a new car(wit more space). or maybe at least buy a topper/camper. it will deff come in handy later on if you have bigger plans.

Carlos Avalos JBL PRX, QSC K12.2, Yamaha DXR, or EV EKX are all great options if you want to upgrade from consumer level speakers like your altos

DJ Rick Web , but u have unboxed one jbl srx 815p speaker and tested it in ur ground , u know it, in that speaker, one song u itself heared the clipping voice and u ran and stopped that song, the video time is 9:30 and said that u didn't connect subs so that's why
How can you hear clipping voice? Your listening to a recording via a crappy camera mic.
