I would recommend getting a decent map torch and get the nuts glowing and then use the nut extractor... Used a pair of really good parrot nosed pliers my self didn't snap any bolts/studs this way.
One of the things I forgot to mention, when you go on your initial test drive after re-fitting the DPF I found white smoke come out the back, it’s actually nothing to worry about as it is leftover residue from the cleaning process and as soon as I drove on a faster road and I started driving at 60 the smoke quickly disappeared, hope this helps!
Hello mate I bolted it up and give it a test drive, when I returned from the drive I hooked it up to the code reader to reset the values, I did cover a manual regeneration in another video
You could but you would still need the sensor mapping out and depends how lenient you MOT guy is, you'd be better off cutting it open and gutting it then weld it back up and then map out, would pass MOT and vosa checks.

Do the dpf learned values have to be reset after cleaning?
