Using wynns diesel particulate filter cleaner (DPF Cleaner)

wynns diesel particulate filter cleaner (DPF cleaner) says it is for off vehicle use, however it turns out that lots of professionals use it on vehicle (leaving the DPF fitted to the car and squirting it in via a tube).
If it is good enough for the professionals, then it is good enough for me and my L322 TDV8 4.4.
This video shows how well it worked, and the large amount of soot/ash it got out of the DPF!

My Audi A3 2015 would always fail a forced regen due to "safety reasons", I used a single can of Wynn's aerosol DPF cleaner which took the soot load from 40g to 21g and then it allowed me to force regen. Now it has ~3g of soot but I still get P2002 and the MIL light on. Will give this a go and see if I can finally get rid of that code!

I’d of used a pump sprayer that has the black plastic wand that would fit nicely into DPF sensor tube

Yeah it gets enjoyed a lot along the motorway to work twice a week and used hard pulling our 2 tonne caravan. Mind you, you can hardly tell its behind you!!

Hello, this is exactly the video I was looking for, wanted to k ow if you could use the off car cleaner without removing the Dpf. You appear to have achieved a good result. I will try this method on my bmw e90.

massive kinks in that pipe from the bottle. would have been easier to pump if you sorted it out first.

Yeah I did spend a bit of time off camera trying, maybe hot water would have helped. I was because it was brand new from the packet. As the final pipe is really thin it didn't seem to matter much for the flow thankfully.
