    Sound advice and tips. Of all the blend vids and so on I’ve watched here on TH-cam this makes most sense and is best explained. Learnt a lot and grateful. Take care.

    This is what separates a good painter from the rest. If you can offer this small repair yo the customer with the same quality of painting the whole bumper and saving lot of money to the customer, you are the best

    I enjoyed this video a lot. Great tips! I learned some good stuff today. The cardboard cutout, I’ve used before. I love the ease the technique adds to the job. And great tips about the overspray, clear coat, and blender on the outside edges. I’ll have to try that out. Thank you Gabe! Have a good one. Much love!

    Good evening Gabe, I see you use your mid-rise lift in your paint booth like I do. It sure makes my sorry old knees work better. Not to mention the fact that it gives you a lot of more accessibility to your work. Look at the excellent results you had with this job. Looks just beautiful. Thanks for another great repair and you take care.

    Thanks for showing us your expertise. I spray Sherwin Williams solvent so I needed all the help I can get. Be glad you don't have anything to do with sherwin. Our lead painters switched to their new waterborne 9000 whatever it's called. And they're straining it 5 times over as it comes very dirty.

    Have you tried a 1 1/4 inch hole punch and make your own sanding disc out of 3000 and 5000 trizac for your 3M denibber? It works great and polishing takes seconds!

    Nice work as usual. Just a question and it's probably just preference, why not just grey scratch pad with some scuff stuff for your blend area? Makes it's so so easy to get into the corners and edges and makes sure its scuffed rather than using 1000grit soft back

    Good afternoon Gabe, just watching your video a second time. What brand of polisher is the blue polisher that you use the foam pad on? It really is a compact tool for that tight polishing like that. Have a great week Gabe. You take care.

      Gabriel Merino 3000 does not risk ruining the blender?

    • @MOTIVATEDPAINTERS
      @MOTIVATEDPAINTERS  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not at all blend is very thin so it goes into the 3000 scratches very well

    • @thistledewoutdoors3331
      @thistledewoutdoors3331 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In a super clean booth - Wet is better as it controls dust... Outside the booth dry is fine... we use the grey & gold scotchie pads wet or dry - Alot cheaper than a $5 trizac pad..
