Any videos on how to installed plz
Thanks for this overview of the innovative gauge. Good info.
you guys are legit as F. I bought my Innovate Boost gauge and Innovate AFR from you guys.
Looks like a cool product, definately interested. Only thing I'd say is might have been good to see the gauge lit up/in action.
Have you guys had any issues with the 02 sensor going bad? I drive my car a lot. How many miles can we expect on a sensor provided it runs at 14.7 most of the time and about 11.0 afr at wot. Will this work with e85 and can you set it up to show lambda?
Can you tell me if the boost control is closed loop please? Very interested in one of these for my car.
Hey guys I got haltech ecu platinum pro haltech 3 bar map sensor and haltech wideband . Recently got this kit SCG1 now I'm little confused how to properly install Innovate wideband and what do i do with haltech map sensor... what should I keep and what shall be removed.. thank you...
will the MAP sensor fit my EP3 (K20a2)
After running this for 6 months on a Supra the boost sensor died. Support doesn’t really exist as nobody will call you back. It’s a great looking gauge but it’s missing a critical feature, hi and low boost settings. So in the morning, cooler temps, you hit boost cut constantly then in the evening when it’s hot it loses 3-5psi and it’s not an easy task to change the boost. Another drawback is, anytime you change the duty cycle you have to wait - hold the left button 5 seconds, set it, then 5 seconds holding both buttons to reset it, wait 5-10s for the 02 sensor to heat up, then and only then, it will control the solenoid, making that hi/low feature huge. On a daily basis it’s cumbersome unless you leave it at the lowest setting for cold temps.
I purchased the Innovate SCG-1 and installed it on my 1986 944 turbo. The O2 sensor is mounted at least 24 inches past the turbo and between 3 and 9 O'clock. The power supply is direct to the fuse box fused with a 5 amp fuse. The O2 #17475 sensor has failed 4 times. Each time Advanced Auto has replaced this under warranty and sent back to Bosch. What am I doing wrong. When the 944 starts up it takes about 10 seconds for the car amp meter to be over 12 volts.
ngpet this happens to me , my battery or alternator doesn't kick in it stays at 12 volts until I rev the car one time then it goes up to 13-14 . I have this same gauge and this only started happening after I installed it ... how did you fix this issue what was wrong ?
Boost controller is junk and get your money back on it. They cant explain what to do to accurately troubleshoot. Worked fine for around 8 months. If you are a racer and make money racing, this is going to cost you some money. MAP and o2 go crazy after a while of ownership. Highly advise to do your research. And good luck if you contact their technical support staff if your lucky enough that they even acknowledge you. I will not buy another innovate product or recommend due to their poorly run technical support department. You will be more happier with a eboost controller.
99% of this video is just some guy with a selfie stick. You'd think a product review would at least show the product for more than a brief few seconds
