Great video! Can you list exact setup for this turbo? What exhaust manifold is used and all custom piping / instake. I'm trying to decide between boss 600 and custom garret setup :)
I own a 09 Audi A4 2.0t with 83.5mm JE Ultra pistons, 700hp rods, CTS Big Boss600 turbo, Norstrum 1000cc injectors, 034 upgraded fuel pump, AWE catback exhaust with quadtips, 200cell cat and CTS cold air intake with IE performance intercooler. I'm hoping to pull 625hp out of it. I'm going with HP Tuners and tuned by Ward performance tuning.

@joshuamandela3852 yeah it's crazy. I ended up needing a head for it so I decided may as well upgrade it. I'm hoping the transmission holds it cause it's a 6 speed Tiptronic Automatic. Also any body needs a head go to clearwater cylinder head out of Clearwater Florida. Omg the cylinder head looked like brand new and it was a complete overhauled head and only $950 including shipping and no core charge. They give you return label to swap them and send old one back.
@@chuckbaye478oh man I had a boss kit 500 setup not even tuned to its 100% and the ZF6 auto it’s just so bad that it was one of the biggest reasons I gave up on the car tbh
Yeah I found put I can upgrade to a ZF8 so I'm swapping out the transmission and the rear differential as well. I'm still waiting on the turbo. So I might be looking at getting JHM motorsports stage 3 instead. They are running 11.70 in the quarter mile and 0-60 in 3.4 secs. They haven't dynoed theirs yet but say it's putting out about 500hp. So right now I gotta figure out which one I wanna go with. I'm getting tired of waiting on CTS for the turbo. I will keep ya updated.

Just ordered the MPVI2+ today from HP Tuners and waiting on IE rods, Mahle pistons, bearings, ARP studs, etc., etc. from IE.
Also getting ported and polished head. Have a K04 with APR Stage 3 tune but have some fueling issues.
Looking forward to Tyler getting me straightened out!

Has this guys engine held up well having this Big Turbo? Ive got every bolt on for my 15 a4 but all in was quoted 14k for built engine and Boss500 turbo kit. Better be solid!!!
I’m new to the big turbo platform. Does the zf transmission need a tune? I know usually manual one needs a stage 2 clutch for the power. Only 1 company does trans tune for the zf transmission so I was wondering
as a b8.5 S4 owner this is dope ! bet it wasnt cheap at all nor easy to get that kinda power out of a 2.0T tho lol
So you would need Port injection to reliably push further, I wouldn't do water meth personally. I am looking to do this exact build and this video taught me a ton. Hell ya 482whp is crazy but with port injection you can definitely hit the 600whp area with correct internals.
What internals would that be could you list a few??

Audi has had the 48v electric turbo in some models since 2020
and its a ZF its gonna deliver the power way better than a 6speed
So 482whp on race gas. Wonder what that set up can get at 93oct?

Turbo is way too big for the engine there's no mid range torque. To 60 mph a stage 1 A4 would smash it to pieces 😂
No the tcu needs a better tune and it’s the wrong position CTS TURBO 600 fits in stock location. And he could stroke it to 2.1 but e needs better fueling
Great Vid, I have an A4 as well was thinking 🤔 of getting a Bigger Turbo for it, hOw much will that turbo run me ball park figure. I no there’s more to it than just the turbo itself, but want to see how much would I be looking at. Thanks for the Vid also
Can get that BOSS600Turbo kit for around 3800 canadian from CTS turbo or a step down is the BOSS500 is like 3200
