The show is real. This has obviously been put together with backing from the Dutch tourism board. Anyone who's been to Amsterdam knows that everything that happens in this episode actually happens in reality in Amsterdam. This guy is no actor, he's obviously a crack addict and will say whatever he has to for money. Wake up peeps.

This program shows you how the scams work, not the real scams because it would be too risky (like with the drug lords and kidnapers in South America) or too difficult to catch on camera.... if they would tell it was a staged people wouldn't believe it was real therefore they just fake it.... it's just like Bear Grills, half of it is staged because it would be too risky to even trying but it could be real.
