(NOTE: I have the original nav/software installed; I've never done any updates. Do I need to do the recent free updates in order for the UVO app to work to remote start IF that feature works at all on my model?)

Just bought a used 2019 optima and the previous owner's info is still linked to the car. Is there any other way to delete their info besides having them remove the car from their app? Because I have no clue who the previous owner was and neither does the dealership. Thanks

You do not have to create account. You download app on her phone and use the same login and password.

Just call UVO center. They will make cancelation. It will take about 2 weeks. But they get it done.

Yes call UVO support call center. You gonna spent some time on a phone but they can do it for you.
