Putting a 150 amp fuse where there was a 100 amp fuse might mean that your wiring is now the fuse. So when the wire melts and catches fire at least you saved the fuse from blowing. Good plan....

Scotty goes by experience. Here is my experience: in 2010 I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento. After 11 years and almost 100k miles, I have (out of pocket) replaced the main battery twice, the windshield wiper blades three times, and recharged the air conditioner once. My purchase included "tires for life" and I am now on my third set provided by the dealer. This Kia has been the least expensive new car buying experience after 10 years I have ever had.

Got worse and worse as time went by. I took it to a couple of different mechanics who didn’t know why it did that and couldn’t fix it. I watched a few TH-cam videos and found out it might be the crank shaft sensor. I asked the mechanic to change out the sensor for me and it worked like a charm. Newer Kia's are great, there really reliable, my dad has owned a 2017 Kia optima for 4 years and its running perfectly fine, and you can barely hear the engine in the car and its a diesel so its pretty loud outside and once he was doing 80mph on the motorway and you could barely hear anything

Get a manual Kia, I have Kia Soul 2014 135k 6speed. Got the recalls done, replaced all the filters and changed out all the fluids, it runs like a brand new car. I’m so happy I found this gem. I’m ready to take her past 200K

The standard gas motor on my Civic gets better gas mileage than that hybrid does. It's also 5 years newer and was 10k less. How did Kia sell any of these things?

Because they are cheaper than Honda and toyota, and now with GM and ford pull out of the car market, it really opened up the doors for Korean car manufacturers

Cheap and looks good to them . Sadly a lot of people buy cars based on looks and totally disregard the engine . If they had any brains they would spend a little more for a Toyota or Honda .
