For a newbie, this was GOLD. I truly appreciate you getting us this tutorial. I been on analysis paralysis since 2015 and never knew what pop stream actually does. Hey Lili! Thanks for documenting your investing journey. I have pretty much binged watch your channel and it has been gold!. This video alone has helped so much! I am a Houston TX area realtor - I have been contemplating getting into wholesaling for at least 5 years and I never pulled the trigger. As of 2021, I decided to dive in. I am at step one in the process but definitely will be doing deals sooner rather than later. Much Success to you.

Hey I just subscribed to your channel at 3am haha so I had propstream last year in the beginning of 2020.. I got side tracked and started another business which was a huge waste of time... I could of had my first deal last year lol So now I am getting my focus back! and this video really help me get back into the swing of things on how to use this system again. By the ways this is my 7th video I am watching by you haha I am a TH-camR myself but I think I wanna make a brand new Channel just for wholesale and following my journey on my first deal because I am getting it period haha

If you find a non listed house that you’re interested in, what’s the easiest/best way to get the name and number of the owner?
I'm going to guess and say to try looking up property tax records, if available. Do seek responses elsewhere in case that's not the best answer.

Propstream does not have a “failed mls” at this time 4/2/22. They are working on getting that feature back.

On prop-stream, Is there a way to document the activities of a property. Let’s say, through marketing I get in touch with a seller and we had a conversation but didn’t close the deal. Is there a way to document that conversation for further reference when I’m in touch with them again?

When you pull a list fromPropstream do you go thru the list first to see if you want to mail it to that particular address? If a record has a PO BOX do you skip trace it to have a mailing address?

@@kl3940 really,I didn't know he gave anything for free. Once I to gave him my email in order to get a small program he was giving out for "free", but I never got it.
swgbiz12 yes, he gives out free contracts etc. when you watch one of his vid, scroll down where his info is and you will see all the free stuff etc

does it have a reminder placeholder for follow ups say for 30 days or 60 days? So, if you contact someone, they say not right now, need a reminder can - propstream send reminder?

Yes! When you click on property details, you can select the documents tab and see what documents are available for that particular property.
