When you pull a list fromPropstream do you go thru the list first to see if you want to mail it to that particular address? If a record has a PO BOX do you skip trace it to have a mailing address?
On prop-stream, Is there a way to document the activities of a property. Let’s say, through marketing I get in touch with a seller and we had a conversation but didn’t close the deal. Is there a way to document that conversation for further reference when I’m in touch with them again?
does it have a reminder placeholder for follow ups say for 30 days or 60 days? So, if you contact someone, they say not right now, need a reminder can - propstream send reminder?

If you find a non listed house that you’re interested in, what’s the easiest/best way to get the name and number of the owner?
I'm going to guess and say to try looking up property tax records, if available. Do seek responses elsewhere in case that's not the best answer.

Propstream does not have a “failed mls” at this time 4/2/22. They are working on getting that feature back.
