    Thank you, Bettina. Your videos are so helpful because I feel like I’m hearing from a friend who understands what I’m going through. I got my bfp this week (after two loses this year) and all I want to do is be excited without fear, but what a challenge!

      I've got 3 kids. My current oldest and youngest are rainbow babies. And my current pregnancy (Only 5+3) had a very early loss the month before. Every single twitch has me mega anxious. I had HG with all 3 of my full pregnancies, and it kicked in at about 3 weeks!! This time around I don't feel nauseous or anything; Tired but otherwise really really good. So much anxiety.

    Just found out I’m pregnant again after a loss a year ago. Having horrible anxiety and insomnia. Also, had a bad dream that my period started. Any other tips?

      I’m so sorry for your loss. Focus on this pregnancy and try and allow yourself to feel positive and excited about it. I’ve got others classes and meditations on my channel for pregnancy anxiety, please check them out. Sending you love and hope . Xxx

    I am in my first trimester ( in my 8th week now). My blood pressure is on the higher side. It keeps fluctuating between 117/88 and 135/100. I am on a no salt diet and also religiously doing yoga and meditation. Could you please help

      Keep doing very gentle yoga and listening to your body. If you feel unwell, stop and rest. Personally I would also work with a naturopath and doctor to help keep my blood pressure down. Best of luck - keep in touch. X
