    Hey guys!
    I met your channel a couple of years ago I believe. Somehow I found you on the internet and since then sometimes I watch your videos to see how you guys are doing hehe. I am very happy you keep with the practice and see your development in everything you do. Is really cool everything I know about you, and have learned some things along the way. I believe our stories are somehow similar, won't go into details, but I decided to walk and share the path of yoga a couple of years ago with my partner that is also German. However, we are not so much online hehe (Earth to Soul Yoga). That has brought me and her joy and challenges, is such an experience to live this way, I am very grateful to have this opportunity and experience my life this way. Today, I had a beautiful practice and after that I see this video and practiced with you. I send you both lots of love. See you soon. Namastê.

    If you practice yoga poses like this, that utilise the spinal energy, use sets of 4's not 3's. Maybe maybe not, but to me, the number 4 has the power to reach the heart instead of remaining at the stomach.

  • @arseniolopeznavarro8868

    I've been doing this for a while now, since 2019, I think. It has been so useful not only to breathe better but also to dive deeper in the ocean while holding my breath. You said that we have to pull the belly in, but isn't the belly sucking in an effect of expanding your lower ribs and creating a vacuum in your chest?
    Thanks for this vid, I had been looking forward so much for Uddiyana bhand

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      you pull the belly in yes, the effects are the energy flow and purification of the organs.

    TY brother! My fave yogi. Tell me Flo, is this similar to a stomach vacuum? Also, trying to hold the lower hold seems difficult after I engage the stomach hold, is that normal? I'm a 49 year old guy and I'm not sure if that is normal or due to my age lol. Namaste everyone.

    Hallo Bre and Flo,
    eure Videos und viele der Werte, die ihr vertretet, finde ich super. Auch eure Buchempfehlungen sind sehr interessant und haben mir schon in vielerlei Hinsicht weitergeholfen. Allerdings habe ich gesehen, dass ihr das Buch "Corona Fehlalarm?" weiterempfehlt. Die Christian Albrechts Universität Kiel sowie das Universitätsklinikum Kiel und das Exzellencluster attestieren dem Buch (meines Erachtens nach zurecht) tendenziöse Aussagen. Ich finde es gefährlich, vor allem in Zeiten wie diesen, wissenschaftliche Evidenz derartig in Frage zu stellen. Vielleicht denkt ihr ja nochmal über die Inhalte die ihr in dem Buch gelesen habt und ob ihr es wirklich weiterempfehlen wollt, nach. Ich wüsche euch noch eine schöne Woche und eine gute Zeit in Ecuador. Bleibt gesund.

      @@BreatheAndFlow Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Eine Frage hätte ich aber doch noch :)
      Wann mache ich diese Atemtechnik am Besten ? Direkt nach dem Aufstehen und vor meinem Yoga - oder Kraftttraining... vor oder nach der Meditation ? Ich bin manchmal auch nicht sicher ob erst eine Meditation besser ist und dann erst das Workout, oder nach nem Workout die Meditation... Vom Gefühl mache ich gern erst die Atemtechnik, dann die Mediation und dann ein Workout.... Aber würde gerne deine Empfehlung dazu wissen :) Wann man genau diese Atemtechnik am Besten machen sollte.

    Hello brother how are you...i am 35 years old and had a disc bulge about 5 months ago, while doing dead lift..i didnot have a sciatic pain, and the pain was centralised, during the first few days i was unable to brush my teeth. Now i can do my day to day activities, but even after 5 months i am unable to bend forward and touch my toes...though i can bend forward, but once i try to touch my toes it feels that my muscles at the lower back are still stiff and cause pain...i can walk and does walk 10 to 12 kilometers daily, if you can kindly let me know what i should do to relieve pain while bending forward, or after how much more time this pain from bending forward will go away.....i will be grateful...
