Im 90kg..i remove and sugar from my diet Bfast: bread 3 slices with 2 cups of coffee with milk no sugar Lunch: chicken and veggies Dinner: 2 eggs and 2 bananas Friday i only eat 1 meal only lunch a bit carbs and protein. Do i need to add protein and creatine powder? Do you think its a good meal everyday...i lose a bit of belly and love handles...gain some muscles also from doing dumbbells its the only thing i have and do some short walks because i have a 12hrs work please comment...thank you
In my opinion I would say your probably eating a bit too low of calories. If your goal is to lose body fat then we want to make sure we are eating enough calories to continue losing weight while keeping our performance high but at the same time not eat too much that our weight loss stalls. I would add some sort of protein source to your breakfast like yogurt, eggs, egg whites etc. I would add some carbs to your lunch like some potatoes or rice. And I would also add a bit of fats in there somewhere like olive oil, avocado, nut butter etc. I would definitely recommend adding creatine in and then protein powder is really just a personal preference and whether you struggle to hit your daily protein goal or not. I hope this helps but if you have any other questions feel free to shoot me a message over on Instagram at Brodychristiefitness.
