    Been really into Naughty Boy and TBJP since they ship in the US and since seeing you speak highly of them. They really do mix so well, dude.

    Can u discuss the floating heel on your hacks? Is it alright to do that when going heavy?

    • @stanvickery

      The floating heel turns it into more of a sissy squat and gets a few % more quad activation. If you're used to it and can keep stability it's absolutely fine. Not recommended for beginner lifters though

    I only wanted to loose weight.. and trim a little down.. but having a lot of problems controlling diet.. I am amazed by how bodybuilders observe what they eat..

      It gets easier the longer time you spend tracking food and being in a plan. Keep sticking at it and don't beat yourself up if you mess up, just get back on the plan and you'll get there!

      It comes down to experience but also having goals which mean so much to you you wouldn’t want to go off your diet anyway really.
      Also pick satiating foods, time your meals well too! Hydrate a lot, caffeine u can use smartly to suppress appetite too

    is it not better to wait 2-3 hours to digest the pre wo meal? I knowit is personal and everyone has different digestive time but 1 hour is just not enough i think

    • @adampowe

      Would be tricky to do that when you’re having 5 meals a day. 1 hour before is always fine I find, if not you’re having something which doesn’t digest well

    aye man im sure you know what your doing but be careful with the leg press, i see your glutes coming off the pad. Exact reason i injured my lower back 6 weeks ago

    • @adampowe

      Glutes coming off isn’t a problem, lower back off is. There’s a difference, I keep my back planted the whole time

    • @adampowe

      Been doing it this way for years and years, you do need some degree of hip flexion to allow more knee flexion through the quads, that’s all I’m doing!

    I’m surprised fats are so low being a natural as very important for hormone balance.

    • @adampowe

      Energy availability is what pushes hormonal balance more than anything else. Fats aren’t in a low position though really. Just prioritising calories for our main source for performance and recovery

      @@adampowe whilst I agree surely when glycogen/liver stores are full then more carbs aren’t going to have anymore of a positive effect from that perspective other than generic weight gain? (Especially if you’re doing low cardio & fairly inactive outside workouts)
      I would assume then would be more of an ideal opportunity to increase healthy fats over more carbs.
