Hey Terakith, question for you as you seem to be a 707 guru.. Have you figured out how/where to set a midi cc to be able to control system_control 1-4? Its possible to assign those system controls as modulation controls, but I have scoured everywhere and can find any way to set what external midi cc is assigned to the 707 system controls.
My 707 won't work using the nitecore mb20000 with the bird cord. The screen will flash blank and i hear a click every time it flashes but does nothing else. What am I doing wrong ???
Sometimes you need to press the power button the Nitcore a couple times to get it out of smart charging mode. Once it connects it just stays connected then. At least that's how it works with the NB10000, I've never used the 20000.
I'm thinking of getting a 707 and I've been watching a ton of your videos.. (they are great btw!). Did they ever update the saving time and loading thing? I have the Verselab and the slow loading/saving drives me nuts! And is it possible to do sidechain on the 707? Thanks!
Yes it’s a lot better now if you’re just using the synths, but if you use a lot of samples it can definitely still be a slow process.still a lot better than it was when I made this video.

No one will make that decision for you, you have to do a lot of research and be ready to be disappointed or surprised, so find a way to buy and sell equipment reliably in your area to swap all the grooveboxes that you would like with minimal monetary loss.
