Yessss. Let's make some habits!! Walking 6 days a week is a habit for me now. Currently 6 weeks into it! Thanks for always motivating me, Jerome. Currently 18 hours into another prolonged fast.
I've been doing omad for 5 years now, helped me go from 300 pounds to 140. I am currently struggling to find a balance between food freedom and maintaining my current weight, all while continuing to be an intermittent faster. I've been a subscriber to you for 2 months, you help me with this, thank you Jerome
What has helped me is embracing fluctuation. Being okay with being a few lbs over and under my goal, and being willing to notice and use that as feedback instead of judging myself. Instead of being mad I gained 5lbs, I get excited to fast for a day or 2. Instead of being mad I got too thin, I get excited to indulge in something I don't normally eat as much of, because I know I gain easily with it. Both fasting and eating are wonderful, our bodies giving us the opportunity to do both is a nice thing!
Yes yes yes!!! Thank you for constantly sharing truths with us. Things have been suddenly crazy for me but having those fasting and walking habits in place BEFORE stressful times hit have helped me to stay consistent instead of giving up, binging or throwing all my progress out the window like I would have in the past. Thanks for the Friday inspiration!
Yesssss!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Refeeds are always a good time!! I did a 68-er previously. Currently 26 hrs into a 45 hr fast. Refeed tomorrow is imminent!! 😂😂 Jerome the element of surprise is throwin me off. One day no hair on your head and facial hair. Now the facial hair is gone and you're growing your hair back. I don't know what's real anymore😢😂🤧🤣 Kudos to you getting closer to the low end of your goal weight again!! 🎉🎉❤❤ Enjoy the gnoshing tonight!! 🎉🎉
In large part, from the inspiration from your videos Jerome, I am down to my ideal weight. I am currently doing ADF (40/8) and I am staying at my ideal weight. Wow, I can hardly believe it!
Making allowance for imperfection has made a huge difference in my mentality. When I gave into my cravings in the past, I would give up and engorge myself. Now I jump right back into my fast after I cave. Down 8 pounds in a week!
What are you consuming WHILE fasting? How much water, diet soda, iced coffee, pinches of salt or no-salt? Really enjoying your videos but didnt see one about consumption during a fast, maybe you've already done one and I missed it.

The cycle seems like a eating disorder...your journey feels like a long one..."why can you just eat maintenance calories every day?"...whats going on there ... Have you tried keto? Where you measure your ketones...its basicallly a fasted state... Im revisiting your chhannel to motivate myself to do rolling fasts to break a weight plateau... ultimately keto or intermittent fasting would be my default diet...which is the only thing that has helped maintain my weight...being in a higher weight than i have previously has created a new default weight...hence the rolling fasts to have the "default weight" be lower...i use to maintain 170 (+/- 5lbs) easy...but how linger around 190
I’m on day 96!!!! I’ve been following the Jerome 93 hrs fasting protocol…honestly I eat what ever on the refeed … down 59 lbs

Jerome,
Do you feel that you eat differently when you break your fasts now? Like, do you eat healthier because you feel sick when you don't?

im chasing that number on my easy fast app going up.
