Thanks for watching. I was seriously injured first day of the season on April 30. I’ve not done any videos in a while. No reason to do anything to the engine. It’s got everything I already need. Plus it’s best to spend money on coaching to drop lap times. Us mortals will never get the full use of the engine but I can get better by getting good coaching each season.
@@thecouchtrip1251 100%. Weighing my options, you showed some damn cool stuff, but I wanted to know the full extent that someone can go with the bike. You’ve gone further than 95% of most people on TH-cam!
I love this so much! As you get towards the end and that # keeps going up, you can hear that, "why am I doing this again" in your voice. 🤣 I race little bikes for that exact reason. I'm pretty sure I've run an entire season on my 300 for the price of your upgrades. Lol. Including bike... entries... mr12... tires... 🤣 Great looking bike though! I really do love it. Check out some of my little bike racing on my channel, I think you'd dig it. I'm even building a Grom to race... Keep up the good work.
Tony Generali Thanks very much for the feedback Tony! I went ahead and checked out your channel and subscribed. Very cool stuff and look forward to seeing what you do. These modifications happened over the space of a couple years and I’m committed to Ducati since I’m an absolute Ducatista. I’ll keep an eye on your channel and thanks so much for watching!
@@thecouchtrip1251 I'm a big Ducati fan myself... being Italian it's in my blood. Just couldn't bring myself to race one based on cost. Your bike looks amazing though, and the fact that you race it... are well aware of the fact that you will (and have) crashed it, makes it that much better!
@@TonyGenerali Thanks Tony...yeah this is not an easy sport to fund and supporting a Duc is even moreso but I love what I love. Can''t help it. lol. Yeah, crashes happen when you are looking for the limit or if you make an error in judgment. I've done my fair share of blunders but each one is an opportunity to learn something, make corrections, and improve. Just as long as the wallet doesn't run low or the ol bod get too banged up. Thanks again Tony. Let's get this race season started soon! Best of luck!
It was a Ducati Performance aftermarket race screen. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. I have had to talk to a local US plastics manufacturer for a replacement screens. Thanks for commenting and thanks for watching!
I have an Andrew Sewnson design paint job on my bike too, it is expensive but you get what you paid for. I mean look at your bike, just phenomenal. Track life is expensive, maybe you should talk about that and how it gets compensated. I mean after that great day at the track, maybe just a great session or for racers improving and getting faster and you see all that $$$ was worth it.
Hey Rudy! Thanks so much for the feedback. Would enjoy seeing your paint scheme. Andrew does/did a phenomenal job. Was sorry to see him close up shop. Thanks for the suggestion. I will work that idea and see what I can come up with. Thanks again for watching !
@@thecouchtrip1251 great video btw. I also have a Motoholder but the bike still throws the inertia sensor code.. was curious to see how you mounted the IMU to the fairing stay
@@eddiezahra Thanks. To be honest, I took it to my mechanic at Commonwealth Moto in Louisville. When I’m at the track I do all my own wrenching for the most part but when I’m home I pay them to double check and make sure everything is in tiptop shape. He’s the one who mounted it. His name is Chad
Great colors and bike! Love it!
Thanks very much! Appreciate you watching.
Right up my alley! Are you doing any more vids on this? Underrated video! Oh, have you done anything to the engine?

How did you mount your IMU??
Hi Eddie. The aftermarket fairing stay is engineered specifically to hold it. Motoholders Is the company here in the states. Thanks for watching!

Spending 3k on a paint job on a race bike is total insanity
