This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection th-cam.com/users/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.

So you're checking for square here right after assembly as the glue is drying - what could you do at this point to course-correct? Notwithstanding the quickly-drying glue, you've already drilled the domino slots. Did you do a dry fit off camera?

Nice work but one comment about the legs/feet. The direction of the grain in the legs/feet runs in a horizontal direction. While this is consistent with the direction of the grain in the rails that support the legs/feet and maybe visually appealing, it is not structurally sound since the legs/feet could split or break along the grain. It probably would have been better to run the direction of the grain of the legs/feets perpendicular to the rails.

While I’m not associated with Burbon Moth, I do own a custom furniture company. Depending on the hardwood lumber prices in your area, I’d estimate this piece to run between $3,500 and $4,500. Hope that helps.

Hey my friend I make cabinets for moo-la ! Check out infinity’s 8 1/4” blade that is 1/4” wide and cuts perfect drawer bottoms and 1/2” dado in two passes! One of my better investments!
Also white side makes a Collins Nosing bit that makes a slight canoe effect on your ply that creates a perfect gluing surface when clamping solid wood to your ply for custom nosing!
Some of my most recent best purchases!
    Thk 4 the video!

Just got to say beautiful work. One thing I would tell your viewers is never use the factory edge of plywood to glue anything on always alow about a half inch of cut off so you have a good clean glue up. Factory edge plywood tends to be not crisp and can cause problems later when sanding.

@@Bourbonmoth Walnuts hardly cocobola wouldn't take much to break it at all, one stupid bump with vacuum and its done. Then the whole cabinet will topple over smashing all those wine bottles over the clients nice cream carpets it'll be carnage , 2 1/2" of walnut cross grain is not up to the job , the four legs should have been longrain it would have been strong then.
besides that it looks awesome, i love the way you routered the drawers with the curves looks ace 👍

Such an awesome piece. Killer Job! Have you ever had any issues with your panel doors warping since they are solid wood? I've seen people use plywood for solid panel doors, but you would still need to use solid wood for the drawer fronts to get that sweet routing detail which would mean sacrificing the continuous grain.

Been watching your content for about a year now and I'm hooked. I can't get enough of the dry sarcastic humor! You may be a total goofball but man I'll tell you what, you seriously do fantastic work. I know everyone always complains in videos about the festool domino but they are missing the point. It may be an expensive tool but it's also a SIMPLE tool. and that is what you do. you make things simple and still beautiful. Keep up the great work!
