I'm glad your finally unapologetic about the tools you use, if people ain't got it, they can work towards it just like you did. If I had a domino I'd use it everyday too. Oh yeah, nice nightstands

I just received mine after waiting for several years. My makita power tools are warily looking at these new festool systainers, but they'll soon realize that the new tools are just new members of my soon to be set up workshop in the new house.

The back bevel is so attractive and give the piece a professionally cabinet makers look. Great call the the extra special look. I also love the way the back bevelled front sets the draws back into the piece. What a different a small design element makes to the finish look.
I love the draw-pulls. I've seen others make them like that and place them at the top of the draw with a small notched out space on the top of the draw face. I like the look of the morticed slot and the pull down from the top. I think it is consistent with a mid-century look.

    As usual, you don't disappoint!
I wanted to acknowledge your wise advice. I've had many issues trying to use painter's tape with mitered cawls... The clamp pressure pulling tape apart. But on the flipside I've had chip out from CA gluing wood to wood. Which left a damaged surface on my furniture piece.
However I never used Plywood Cawls. I will try that next time. Maybe the plywood holds just well enough but not so well as to pull wood chunks from my work piece?
Thank you for your advice and great content. Happy New Year.
