Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos th-cam.com/users/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
You are right. That front bevel adds a lot. Nice work. Love the drawer pulls.
I love seeing your kiddo in the video every once in a while. I sure hope you get to teach him all your secrets. I think You're a great dad!!
Hey I’ve noticed how much you “love” sanding and I will say I got some isotune headphones for Christmas and sanding while peacefully listening to a book in silence is a whole different experience
I'm glad your finally unapologetic about the tools you use, if people ain't got it, they can work towards it just like you did. If I had a domino I'd use it everyday too. Oh yeah, nice nightstands
Matt Cremona made a good point how everyone complains about a Domino being so expensive but then they go buy a $1000 phone they have to replace in 2 or 3 years.
@@jeremyspecce absolutely! If I had one I wouldn't make any apologies about using it.
@@jeremyspecce that’s a damn good point! I never thought about it like that!
I just received mine after waiting for several years. My makita power tools are warily looking at these new festool systainers, but they'll soon realize that the new tools are just new members of my soon to be set up workshop in the new house.
I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
Agreed! Tho mentioning less expensive alternatives for those starting out is much appreciated
That front internal bevel really looks incredible. Totally going to sell that to my next client!!
I've watched some of your previous videos but this one really showed your talent as a wood worker! Newly subscribed! Keep up the great work!

Your work is always the benchmark of quality.
Incredible work! It’s a “simple” build but the details make it stunning! My favorite detail though is the “KJ Proof” nail strip. Brilliant!
This intro got you an instant like. No need to watch anymore before it got my full and complete approval
Gotta say, I learn some great stuff from your content!! The glue up tips and the notches on the French cleats were awesome!
Thank you.
I LOVE that your just calling out all the haters, rock on man! 💪🏼
Those clamping notches in the cleat was brilliant!
Awesome drawer pulls. I love the idea of floating night stands. Very cool.
The reveal on the front of the “box” made a whole world of difference; that detail brings a new level of craftsmanship to the piece. Wow! Who thinks of that? 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
My man and I enjoy watching your projects together.
First of all those are beautiful pieces! Also, many many great tips in this video. Thanks a bunch for this one!
Amazing recovery with that charging stone diameter variance!!! You sir are a Jedi Master!
Flippin amazing - definitely inspired!!! Thanks !!!
That hardware is unique!!!!!
I really wish I would have watched this video this morning. Today I had a glue up on a corner cabinet, 45 degree corners 8' long, had a hell of a time with it. So wish I would have seen that plywood trick!
The more I watch the more I am inspired. Just found you and glad I did. Binge watching like a crazy man.... give your foreman fist bump for me... glad hes keeping you on track making videos.....
Absolutely stunning
Amen on the domino joiner. Hurt to buy it, but love that tool.
The end tables look great. and, agreed, your channel, and your opinion is all that matters! A man and his foreman......
Fantastic, exactly what wanted ( with slight variation)
Absolute craftsman, no other words.
I'm waiting for the intro where you "Beam down". I guess it's not a "nightSTAND". More like a "nightHANG". How about doing a dining room table with a built in (flush fitting) Lazy Susan?
Love this project! The drawer pulls were awesome!
Happy New Year to you, your wife and the foreman!
@MINI DIVA no
The dado cut on the French cleat is a game changer! Thanks for that tip
Love watching these videos just don't know why because I will never be able to make anything I see . I have a very small shop that I have to move my car to use. So I just live vicarious thru you
The steps for the drawer pulls blew my mind, sir. Very nice.
This is why you’re my favorite woodworker!!!!! Looks amazing
If not for the long ads
Boy what an awesome, entertaining video you just made there. I came here for the build and stayed for the entertainment. Thank you sir!
That bevel on the face of the cabinet looks really good. Very clean and nice design!
Very nice cabs and a very nice video thank you
Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us. You have so much talent in both woodworking and video making. I love how wholesome you always are and the humor is great too. I'm moving to a space with a garage soon and I'm going to start getting into woodworking myself because of your videos. Thank you again.
Amen to the save some money and buy a domino cutter! After years someone finally said it!!
By far, one of the most beautiful nightstands I've ever seen!!
Beautiful work.
Very nice project. Thanks for sharing.
Becoming my favorite channel.you actually build something all most weekly.
The night stands turned out beautiful.
The waterfall design looks awesome along with the draw pulls.Plus the phone charger slash coaster priceless
Nice and easy Japanese !!!!! Happy New Year with full of exciting new projects like this.
Nice build!
Once again - great vid and a project I will consider taking on. Thx
Thanks Jason, great job. And a happy new year 🌞
Always a fantastic job, HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
there is also a cool way to install the chargers under the counter top with a few mm of wood left, that way it is not visible but once you put your phone down it is charging
The night stands turned out really good
great work and so funny while working.
Love your work and humorous fun that's enjoyable
They look great, perfect with a built in coaster for the bed beer.
The back bevel is so attractive and give the piece a professionally cabinet makers look. Great call the the extra special look. I also love the way the back bevelled front sets the draws back into the piece. What a different a small design element makes to the finish look.
I love the draw-pulls. I've seen others make them like that and place them at the top of the draw with a small notched out space on the top of the draw face. I like the look of the morticed slot and the pull down from the top. I think it is consistent with a mid-century look.
Love your videos! Great inspiration :) Happy new year from Norway!!
Great project enjoyed it very much
Absolutely gorgeous, those drawer pulls are something else 😍
nice shots from your work. Sometimes I am more satisfied watching your videos than doing actual woodworking. I wonder how filming + editing is a task vs doing the furnitures. Good job
Admit it, Jason. You were just looking for a reason to give us all the finger
Another great job - All the best for the New Year.
Man, your work is fantastic. Well done. Love it. Thank you for your channel. Happy New Year
Very nice! Love the drawer pulls. Love your work. Thanks for the bit of humor as you go. 😂
These are fantastic
Awesome idea, construction and gags! :) Looking forward to see your new videos in 2022.
Hey Jason, love your work my girl and I watch because we learn a lot and we enjoy the tone and harmony in your productions and a little goofy is right up our alley. Don't you dare call me a troll! :) but...... your "Shapper origin" that's where we stop learning, might be cool for you just saying. Love you anyway. Tru & Rob
Should put some motion sensing lights on the bottom of those. Make night time navigating a breeze. 😂
As usual, you don't disappoint!
I wanted to acknowledge your wise advice. I've had many issues trying to use painter's tape with mitered cawls... The clamp pressure pulling tape apart. But on the flipside I've had chip out from CA gluing wood to wood. Which left a damaged surface on my furniture piece.
However I never used Plywood Cawls. I will try that next time. Maybe the plywood holds just well enough but not so well as to pull wood chunks from my work piece?
Thank you for your advice and great content. Happy New Year.
Nice work once again!
Hey, beautiful craftsmanship and design. I really enjoyed your video.
So talented
Looks great, do note that there are easier wireless chargers to use, these are meant to be built in, and have a thin lip around, to allow the use of a simple hole saw.
When you mentioned that your wireless chargers can double as coasters, I remembered I saw a fella place his phone on what he thought was a wireless charger but it turned out to be a coffee mug warmer. He cooked his phone.
Very nice build.
You are truly epic man and great at making vids
I love the projects I have seen so far. I love your humor. Take care and I look forward to watching more of your videos. Are you a military veteran by chance?
Thanks for sharing your professional work. 😎
Thanks for showing us how to hang drawers... 😉
“Tastes like white oak!” Lol, joy for my day!
Bro-Hammer I love your videos, love your attitude and your step by step instructions. Keep it upl
Dear person of of infinite worth (dude)...
I actually did trink too much yesterday.
So many things to respond to.
I'm not an old timey crafts person by choice. I don't have a domino jointer, or biscuit jointer, or a table saw for that matter. I do have a plastic dowel jig that seems to get the job done!
Those drawer pulls are gorgeous!
I do find you completely entertaining.
Thank you.
I would be tempted to spray those drawer fronts white and keep the shells and handles natural.
beatiful!
Beautiful design, amazing craftsmanship. Thank You for a wonderful start to the new year.
These would look sick with some contrasting wood veneer glued over the top of the plastic charging pads. Would work just fine too 🫡
I use two ratchet straps to glue up mitered boxes 4 sides at a time! With your square clamp thingies, and dominoes, would be a breeze!
Sweet work.
Hey bud. You mentioned that you can't do a 4-sided waterfall box, but you can. If you'd resaw the board, you can get a consecutive long and short piece and a bookmatched short and long from the other side.
beautiful work
I highly recommend the drawer box video.
Just beautiful! Love your work!
I love the comments about the domino tool. I do agree that it is super expensive. But you could use a dowel, or a biscuit, or you could buy the festool if you are going to use it enough to make it worth it!
Nicely did!
Awesome job and happy new year
De beste wensen voor 2022 ✨💥
Great job!👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻
beautiful job!!!
Yay, Dutch!
Top tier woodworker.
I always love when the foreman shows up in a video.
Nice one, Jason! Best wishes for 2022 to you and your family!
Happy New Year! What better start of a new year than a new video from Jason!
