    Now remember people if this was just one of us pesky citizens getting served would have been thrown on the ground and handcuffed and taken away and gotten no bond and had every charge in the book throat at us but since he's a trooper yeah well they gave him a lot of leeway

      No doubt that the average citizen would have had the crap beaten out of them.

      No he was not. A badge or costume is not and can not humanly be the written law. Law is not a person, badge or costume. Law is written. One assuming a human can be written law is a blithering fool on their best day

    Uhh.. If this was the second order served, after he was fired, couldn't those statements and gestures be taken as impersonating an officer?

    His attorney did a good job explaining the situation.

    Got my ass kicked a couple of times when I was young. An ass-kicking can give you some humility and allow you to understand that the world isn't yours and what happens in it isn't all for your benefit.

    2:09 ‘His’ police cruiser?!?!? Does he own the registration of that police cruiser? I thought the police cruiser belonged to the community? To me slamming the community’s police cruiser would be wrong

      He was fired for THP actions like that can't be protected.

    If he was fired, isn’t he now impersonating an officer? Calling himself a trooper.

    I don't think any of our law enforcement here in Tennessee are mentally fit to pick up trash much less deal with the public .

      Why get mad when he already knew why the warrent officer was there. The man had 2 protection violations. Violating a protection order is a serious crime. So obviously, he didn't known the law.

    • @boknow5506
      @boknow5506 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@floridafun-rz9ytwell ok the protection order itself is nothing basically it's used in divorce and by rent a judge in civil court but violation of the order is criminal not civil so it can be confusing and especially since they use it basically a piece a paper so paper cut but I guess he went beyond

    • @depressedterrestrial6821

      Because he decided to become a law enforcement officer and is therefore held to a higher standard
