Canola oil is bad oil..when it comes to cooking or for frying coconut is the best.

How about coconut oil?
I don't know of any research showing benefits, but given it contains 90% saturated fats, I'd suggest avoiding it while you're trying to conceive

The only oil is good there is olive oil but canola oil is so bad for you
