In the beginning it can be wise to in general supplement with electrolytes as the body still is adapting to the diet and gets rid of a lot of stored water! Drinking too much water can also flush out electrolytes from the body in some cases so don't feel the need to drink extreme amounts of water every day, otherwise it will possibly just dehydrate you and throw off your electrolyte balance!
Ultimately you need to listen to your body and experiment what works best for you. If you feel symptoms of low potassium there is nothing wrong in adding some mineral salt or a supplement to your diet. The ultimate goal is to find the balance where you no longer need any supplements and you can let your body do the work it was designed to do an feel great while at it.

To take a blood test and look at how well your kidneys are at filtering out is a good idea if you’re concerned about too much sodium or electrolyte balance

Mine were looking good so I'm not worried or have I had any issues. But of you are struggling with something a comprehensive blood test might be good to check out the cause.

Chicken bone broth is high in potassium obviously depending on the brand. 2 cups of some brands can fulfil 800 mgs of your dv
A supplement i do use and not carnivore.... Creme of tarter 1 tsp. Half teaspoon in morning in my electrolyte drink and half tsp in afternoon with bone broth

Are you on carnivore? Are doing any lifting/gym? Are you drinking too much water? (drinking too much can flush out minerals from the body), you can try supplementing with an electrolyte powder to see if it helps, that way you know if its something in your electrolytes which is off or if there is some other reason.
