Dressing up a 2002 long wheel base high roof Sprinter campervan so it can be registered. Like yours, a bit of rust in her. Not as many of em for parts here, so some bits have come from the UK, Poland, even Lithuanian.
@@rrusty71Yep, been doing exactly that for some of the smaller patches, but for the larger more complex sections, if you can get pressed panel pieces it’s a better finished job.

People say that all the time. I guess it’s my fear of gaps when I worked on smashed BMW’s & Mercedes for 12 years in my career. The manager came out with fealer gauges to check every gap on your job. If it wasn’t even you’d have to re do.

You might have to buy a big piece of sheet metal & get a wooden hammer & shape & bend & few patch repairs
