You need to speak to your rheumatologist. It is difficult to answer without knowing your AS details. Please start exercising regularly if you are not doing so.

I am taking saaz ds two times and patn killer ETORIMO-90 after dinner.
But no improvement . Please advice.
If the hand/ feet joints are swollen; methotrexate can help you. Do speak to your rheumatologist about methotrexate.

Sir now I m 20 year old. I m AS warrior HLA B 27 Positive. Since 2014. I have more pain in hips joint left side and above hip back pain in spine. I have taken neprosyn and many antibiotics and pain killers. I have more problems in cold season. PLZ MAKE A VIDEO HOW AS WARRIOR PREVENT FROM COLD AND DIET IN COLD SEASON. I have taken ayurbedic medicine now. Few improve in hot season but in cold weather much pain .
For majority of AS warriors, pain increases in winter. Have a hot water bath early in the morning (half an hour after getting up), don’t open windows, doors early in the morning to protect yourself from the cold breeze. Have breakfast early & take medicines with breakfast. If you follow this; winter should not be a problem.

Hi Sir mechanical lower back pain and cervical neck pain also doesn't go away and symptoms also very similar like after sitting stiffness,hips pain, ankle pain and back pain.

That would mean that AS it active & needs better control. Nucoxia is a NSAID & helps reduce AS related inflammation. One can take it in the long run for AS under supervision.
