I live in Amish country, Pennsylvania, and while I am not Amish I relate to the traditions.
I am West Indian and as you know we share or love through good food. Not to mention, my favourite thing is warm buttered bread!

Another tip when you bake you can freeze the rolls and reheat/bake a few when needed, Thwy will sme;; amd taste freshly baked!

Yeast bread is very unhealthy. Sourdough is the only bread you should be at.

I remember my mom (RIP) taking me every year to Pennsylvania Dutch Country in Lancaster PA around Christmastime to the Amish and buy all of her produce as well as clothes for me. Sugar is what helps the yeast to activate. Salt should be added after the activation of the yeast. She is doing this backwards.

I don't really care to watch COLON:Eyezers cook, they get a lot wrong and many _(not all)_ are dirty or too undercooked at cooking when I do take time and watch them. Her long fur is dangling too close to the food, need to be tied back & covered.
