I made buttermilk fried chicken last night but instead of using egg I spritz the chicken with cold water and then dipped it in the flour again. The chicken was crispy and delicious. I am going to try Deddy’s method and dipped the chicken in the cold water. Chicken looks amazing and delicious.

Great recipe his double dipping in the water to flour is something I've done for years it does make a really good crispy chicken, I appreciate the ideas on the seasonings though I've never done it that way but I will now

Hi guys…coming from Kingston Ja by way of Plantation, Florida. Just want to say Deddy..Mi jus’ luv u’h!♥️♥️. One tip that I do for my carrots when I do my escovisch fish is I use my potato peeler to do my version of a Julien. . So easy, so safe and easy to cook plus I find that my family loves to munch on the carrots like French fries 🥰And by the way…it seems to soak up the vinegar and all the spices nicely.
