Interesting take on the lyrics and delivery but as far as his ability to do a Bon song I’m pretty impressed. Always loved Rose Tattoo and ‘DC are my fave and Bon is the pinnacle of frontmen but this was pretty dang cool.
I like Cliff but had he really retired Mark would be the one I'd want them to have back. He seems cool and it would be interesting to know more about his being replaced. Malcolm seems to not have liked him. Maybe it was personal. I think he's a great bass player and would have got even better with time. We can only imagine what AC/DC would have sounded like with him for last 40 years. Would be interesting to hear him play along with the albums with bass omitted to have an idea.
When Bon Scott died, different managers (usa great britain), think of the singers of Angel City, Glen Hughes (voice closer to Bon Scott than Brian Johnson, in my opinion) and Angry Anderson. BJ, won the "trophy". BIB is in proof, although I'm sure that most of the titles on bib were written by the great good scott. Too bad if I make detractors on my opinion. long live AC/DC, and Rose Tatoo
the whole performance is great. yeah, Angry's doin it a but different, but it's Angry! it's great. I now also see the importance of Phil Rudd's behind-the-beat playing. this drummers on it, or even slightly before, and it DOES NOT fit songs like Acca Dacca's
