Hi Dr Eric. My wife, daughter and I are all sinus sufferers. I just finished watching your video and immediately tried the technique on my daughter. About 10 seconds in she said that her noise was getting more stuffy and then I remembered what you did with your elbow and made the slight adjustment. After another 10 seconds her nose was completely open, so it works! Thank you for all your great content. Kind regards, Alex

Omg!!!! I had double jaw surgery 8 days ago. The WORST part of recovery has sinus congestion. It has been miserable because I can’t blow my nose, my mouth is swollen shut, and can’t eat. The sinus congestion has given me anxiety attacks. I got a bit of relief with Sudafed and nasal spray. But
I’m not supposed to keep taking these. I just did the pressure on myself and it COMPLETELY opened up my sinuses!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Berg!!!!!

Since a fall from my bicycle due to vertigo, I hit my head, wearing a helmet, on the pavement so hard that I have a TBI. As well, I now have titanium in my spine as well as other places.
The fall naturally caused a lot of alignment issues and one of the issues was exactly what you mentioned here, blocked sinus. Since the accident, 7 years ago, I have struggled to breath through my left nostril. Well, THANKS to you, after my dear husband followed your technique, I can now breath properly.
THANK YOU & GOD BLESS you!

Surgery successfully fixed the problem, nothing else would have. I have had severe sinus congestion at and near bed time for a very long time (20 years) so I tried applying pressure and massaging the area of the neck (C2) stated. No relief was had. Then I remember you stated that the congestion could be caused by pressure on C2 so I stretched my neck and rolled up a towel under my neck to laydown on and further stretch my neck. The congestion was gone within 30 seconds. I have only done this once so far. You appear to be correct about pressure on C2 causing congestion issues.

I had sinus congestion for days I couldnt breathe and went to urgent care (among other reasons). The doctor said to stop drinking lemon, it’s terrible for sinus congestion, which what I was doing the entire time I was sick. Lemon, honey and ginger is what I’ve always knows when you’re sick. I stopped drinking lemon and surprisingly, my sinus cleared the next day onwards.

I am not a doctor but learned this technique from an acupuncture doctor and has used it to help many people to relieve headaches, including strangers met in restaurants and stores. The technique I use is slightly different, although it is treating exactly the same location. In addition to “pressing into” the pressure point, I apply upward force once the fingers digging into those area. I place the other hand under the chin instead of the forehead to counter the lifting force on the back of the neck.
** Again, I am NOT a doctor. What I describe here is merely my personal experience. **

thank-you for all you do. I am currently on this quest. I am diagnosed Chronic Sinusitis, as well as DDD-OA in C456 as well as a bone that protrudes from the base of my skull from this area. I have spent decades of Surgeries, doctor visits, x-rays, CT scans, mri's, medications, antibiotics, vitamins. I eat most completely healthy with no sugar, added salt or alcohol. I have in the last decade felt the neck is in some way associated with my sinus issues but have not been able to draw this correlation ( although neck traction did most definitely help with both, but finding and staying with knowledgable therapists to do this has been a challenge and i am in fear of being injured doing it too often. I will share your knowledge on this with an upcoming immunologist/allergist i will be seeing about my sinus as well as my GP and in the meantime have my son who has strong hands (as i have arthritis in my hands as well) to start. What a dream it would be to have no more constant Neli-med rinses, Nasal Sprays, Nasal Vaporizer, Nasal Expander, Anti-biotics to name a few. Thank-you again for all you share.
