By the looks of it, he is wearing the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro. I can't make out if he is wearing the 80 ohm or 250 ohm version but either version will work on the RodeCaster Pro.

probably connected to a computer. since there is a USB cable
There is also a 3.5 mm headphone jack on the other side of the RCP to allow the host to monitor.

Unfortunately wireless headphones are not compatible with the RØDECaster Pro, and we're unable to add this functionality in a firmware update, sorry.
