Hey guys, we are confused by something. Every time we turn off our rodecaster pro and turn it on, the settings are all gone and returned to factory settings. We want to keep channels with certain settings. Can you help?

I got a bit confused, the lines/bars he talk about for me they are both 2 different kind of greens so when he says 1 green and and 1 yellow i am not sure witch one he is talking about 😟😥🤔
But if I have to guess the pukegreen/darker green is the "yellow one? And the lime green is the green one?
Not mean to be rude just genuine confused, I really like this product and have it on my wish list when I can afford it so plis don't take this the wrong way 😣
