I started 109.3kg and after 60 days I stand at 97.4 Kgs. And I am loving it. My goal weight is 75 Kgs as I want to be lean and healthy. Best part is I am not following anything that I won't be able to keep up with. I added protein to my diet, stopped binges that included high calorie (processed) foods and snacks. And on top of that I average 12k steps a day compared to 2-3k before.

@@P.M.7 yes, and also eating more filling foods that are rich in protein and fibre, vegetables etc, if you're vegetarian then you can eat cereals, paneer etc for protein and if you're non vegetarian then there are plenty source of protein, because you'll be in a kcal deficit, you'll feel hunger, but protein keeps you fuller for longer than other nutrients like carbs, fats etc that will further help you in the deficit, remember this number, 1kg fat=7700kcal

Try reverse dieting for a week stop your diet for a week for 10 days eat regular meals cooked by ur mom then start dieting again sure it will help it did to me if this doesn’t work not u gotta check ur calories again and yeah u dont need to train 2 hours daily reduce the time u workouts go for a good workout session instead of a long one to get a view on shorter workout sessions check out saketghokale’s channel he will explain you about it

Truthfully, I don’t eat oats because it turns into glucose, thus, stores fat… it raises blood sugar quite a bit due to its high carb content, but I’d be happy to discuss that with you further :)
All carbohydrates turn into glucose in your body (which is not a bad thing. That’s just how your body metabolises polysaccharides). The glucose molecule found in oats is the exact same glucose molecule found in fruits and vegetables. And glucose doesn’t turn into fat unless you’re in a caloric surplus. Period. Rolled oats are a good source of soluble fibre which makes them moderate to low glycemic, meaning they don’t cause a sudden rise and crash in blood sugar. In fact even if a food did cause a sudden rise in blood sugar, that isn’t necessarily a concern unless you’re type 1 diabetic. In fact if you want to optimise your performance at the gym then your pre workout meal should raise your blood sugar to some extent. Moreover you’re not taking into account that I’m not eating just oats. There’s two scoops of whey, fruits, nuts and seeds which makes it a balanced meal with sufficient protein and fats apart from the carbs that we get from the oats.
Bachche I loose my weight 3 times first time 4okg,2nd 34kg & last14 kg still dieting. No need to eat those specific iteams that you prefer. Just creat your own meal and go for it. No need to workout heavy.
While intermittent fasting is a good advice. But an 18hr fasting window is too large. This will surely get you the desired results but might impact your blood sugar on the lower side if you are already diabetic and your age is above 40 A better approach is always having 4-5 meals a day with portion control. I’ve been doing this and lost 15 kgs while retaining all my muscle mass and reversing diabetes.

I eat dry fruits and one egg in morning, go to office. Nothing till 6 pm. Drink alcohol after coming home till I get drunk. 5-6 packs with good snacks like boiled dal, rajma and chickpeas. And at age of 40 I look like 28 and have no issue with my health. Nothing will change your health. Just leave oil. Do whatever you want and u will be healthy

Semi skimmed milk doesn't raise insulin so it doesn't break a fast. So you can have milk in your morning coffee. ❤❤

Calorie deficit = lose weight
Calorie deficit + high protein = lose fat
Calorie deficit + high protein + Weight training = lose fat + build muscles
Focus on your diet
Eat low carbs
High protein
Do normal weight training (you can aslo start with bodyweight excercises) and cardio, there are no special exercises or Techniques for spot fat reduction
Use apps like healthify me to track your estimated calories and make sure they are less than your maintainance calories (use free maintainence calory calculators online to get an estimate)
Since you're in your Teenage i think you'll be able to lose fat very fast as you grow taller and bigger if you stay consistent

Truthfully, I don’t eat oats because it turns into glucose, thus, stores fat… it raises blood sugar quite a bit due to its high carb content, but I’d be happy to discuss that with you further :)
All carbohydrates turn into glucose in your body (which is not a bad thing. That’s just how your body metabolises polysaccharides). The glucose molecule found in oats is the exact same glucose molecule found in fruits and vegetables. And glucose doesn’t turn into fat unless you’re in a caloric surplus. Period.
Rolled oats are a good source of soluble fibre which makes them moderate to low glycemic, meaning they don’t cause a sudden rise and crash in blood sugar. In fact even if a food did cause a sudden rise in blood sugar, that isn’t necessarily a concern unless you’re type 1 diabetic. In fact if you want to optimise your performance at the gym then your pre workout meal should raise your blood sugar to some extent.
Moreover you’re not taking into account that I’m not eating just oats. There’s two scoops of whey, fruits, nuts and seeds which makes it a balanced meal with sufficient protein and fats apart from the carbs that we get from the oats.

While intermittent fasting is a good advice. But an 18hr fasting window is too large. This will surely get you the desired results but might impact your blood sugar on the lower side if you are already diabetic and your age is above 40
A better approach is always having 4-5 meals a day with portion control. I’ve been doing this and lost 15 kgs while retaining all my muscle mass and reversing diabetes.

@DebashishGogoi-nt8ej bro first i had no sense , i was starving myself but then i found some videos and researched a lillte , then i found things that confort me , like eating less , filling my 80 or 70% stomach with water and doing exercises for 1.5 hrs , when i go out i definitely eat but a lil less like intead fo 2 slices , just one or i would taste it , then i found my rhythm and now i am still going , and on weekends , i eat one meal a day

I eat dry fruits and one egg in morning, go to office. Nothing till 6 pm. Drink alcohol after coming home till I get drunk. 5-6 packs with good snacks like boiled dal, rajma and chickpeas. And at age of 40 I look like 28 and have no issue with my health. Nothing will change your health. Just leave oil. Do whatever you want and u will be healthy
