    I started 109.3kg and after 60 days I stand at 97.4 Kgs. And I am loving it. My goal weight is 75 Kgs as I want to be lean and healthy. Best part is I am not following anything that I won't be able to keep up with. I added protein to my diet, stopped binges that included high calorie (processed) foods and snacks. And on top of that I average 12k steps a day compared to 2-3k before.

      @DebashishGogoi-nt8ej bro first i had no sense , i was starving myself but then i found some videos and researched a lillte , then i found things that confort me , like eating less , filling my 80 or 70% stomach with water and doing exercises for 1.5 hrs , when i go out i definitely eat but a lil less like intead fo 2 slices , just one or i would taste it , then i found my rhythm and now i am still going , and on weekends , i eat one meal a day

    I lost 10 kilos in about 21 days with omad .. it isn't as difficult as i thought, just make sure to have high protien low carb and sufficient nutrients plus weight training
    I also recently started creatine but it hasn't saturated yet (i am not loading) cant wait to see its effect

      Calorie deficit = lose weight
      Calorie deficit + high protein = lose fat
      Calorie deficit + high protein + Weight training = lose fat + build muscles
      Focus on your diet
      Eat low carbs
      High protein
      Do normal weight training (you can aslo start with bodyweight excercises) and cardio, there are no special exercises or Techniques for spot fat reduction
      Use apps like healthify me to track your estimated calories and make sure they are less than your maintainance calories (use free maintainence calory calculators online to get an estimate)
      Since you're in your Teenage i think you'll be able to lose fat very fast as you grow taller and bigger if you stay consistent
      SUMMARY :
      MAINTAIN CALORIE DEFICIT do normal exercises and BE CONSISTENT
      Consistency is the key

    Agar me rat ko gym se late aati hu around 10 par sab bolte hai dinner late nhi khana par me jb late aati hu to dinner late hi krungi kyunki 2 ghante ke gym ke bad bhook lgti h ? Ya na khau? Mera schedule late h to me khana suru se karti hu 2pm in afternoon or 10:3o tk dinner fir 10:30 se 2:30 tak kuch nhi khati bs pani fir subha warm water then my coffee 16 hours gap rakhti hu kya me sahi kar rhi hu me kesa weight kam karu mene ek roti ya 100gm rice khna start krdiya h ek time rat me salad ya chana ek slice paneer k sath subha oats ek bread me peanut butter

    Well can't afford this heavy diet
    I start gym recently and today it will be 4th day
    I do 25 minutes cardio every day and also i use to do strength training
    Having weight 98kg and have a plan to take it to 75kg
    But i am lacking in diet
    Sometime i use to eat 3 roti at each meal and many more

    Bachche I loose my weight 3 times first time 4okg,2nd 34kg & last14 kg still dieting. No need to eat those specific iteams that you prefer. Just creat your own meal and go for it. No need to workout heavy.
