Ma'am I was doing under 400 calories per day diet know I want stop it and maintain weight of I start eating normally I can maintain weight or gain weight pls tell me
I believe you’re following 400 calorie diet under some supervision. You can definitely maintain your weight by eating healthy and doing exercises.

Definitely you can have a cheat meal once a week but keep an eye on your calorie intake.
