You're very welcome! If you want to go even more into the energy of Muladhara I have a full Chakra Initiation class: th-cam.com/video/3dX5e0O12jA/w-d-xo.html
This was incredible! Would you recommend doing the kriyas for all different chakras on the same day or maybe instead do chakra yoga? And also, are there any more Kriya videos for chakras #6 and #7? Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge with the world ❤
As for what to do in a day, it depends what you want to achieve. Some days I want (or need) to go into one specific energy. For example, I want to feel more vital our grounded, I will work with Muladhara. If I have a date or I want to feel more charismatic I might focus only on Svadhistana or Anahata, etc. If instead my intention is to go into deep states of meditation and connect more with consciousness, then I will work with each Chakra. I have a video for Ajña, the 6th Chakra, which fits with this Kriya series, here: th-cam.com/video/6pBMEKHwlOs/w-d-xo.html And for Sahasrara, the 7th center, the practices are either so subtle or too advanced to share publicly here on TH-cam. Best/safest thing you can do is sit in daily meditation. I'm glad to know you're enjoying to share your practice with me. Thank you! 🙏
@@RefeelYoga It makes sense and it probably works better for me, since I'm not very consistent with doing the same practice everyday! Thank you again for your videos and also for replying! ✨
Meditate on the sensations of Muladhara Chakra. Observe any physical sensations around the premium, any energetic movements; tingles, vibrations, hot/cold, etc., and any changes to your emotional and mental state. The more awareness you can bring to your experiences of Muladhara Chakra the more deeply you will activate this center
Namaste sir I have 2 questions to u 1 .which times to do this kriya 2 . If I want to do this kriya with doing seeman in to ojas kriya it is possible to doing at one time
Hello brother, You can do this kriya anytime. Preferably with an empty stomach. But even with a little food or drink it can be done. Can be morning or evening because it is restoring vitality but not energizing in a stimulating way. And yes, you can do this with the Ojas Kriya. I would recommend to do this first to build the energy, then Ojas Kriya to move it.
Hi! thanks for sharing so much wisdom! i did something and i want to know your opinion, i am activating Muladhara, and i did Mulabandha for 20 minutes, then i felt very bad, very heavy, exhausted, cold hands, i thought i was going to have a panic attack, i guess i moved a lot of energy. is it bad to do mulabandha for so long? I appreciate your help, Thank you very much!
Hello Maria, I would say it sounds like you over did it. It is not necessarily bad to do Mulabandha, or any practices for 20min. But with every practice - and especially Pranayama - it is super important to build up! 3 min is a good place go start for most things! After a week you can probably built to 5min, then the next week 7, 10, 12, 15... And even this is a very fast progression! Remember, when we are working with Pranayama techniques, such a Mulabandha, we are not working only with muscles or the physical body. We are working with the nervous system, tiny capillaries, energy, emotions and even more subtle qualities. Take it easy! I would recommend, in stead of working on Mulabandha focus on Paschimottanasa, the seated forward fold, for Muladhara. When you can comfortably hold this pose for 20min, then you can work on building up Mulabandha to 20min

@@MB-bj8xj Great! Sometimes our ego needs a little kick to remind us to slow down. Trust me, with my personality I've had many experiences of pushing it too far 😅 It's always best to take our time and really appreciate the potential of these techniques
@@RefeelYoga It is true, I also think that sometimes we think that moving the energy is something simple with these techniques, but it is not so, you have to know what to do, how and why, so as not to trigger something we do not want. Thank you very much!
I'm sorry to tell you, but there is not one kriya that can do this for you. Releasing trauma is a huge process! And depending on the trauma the methods can be wildly different. But each time we practice - any practice - we release blockages, get closer to our Truth and experience greater degrees of healing 💕

I wouldn't say it's the best. It really depends on which level you need to purify Muladhara. For each person some practice may be better than another and it will change with time and individual needs. If this is a chakra you really want to work on I highly recommend you to try my Muladhara Initiation video. In this I go deep into a variety of practices that can be used to stimulate and purify Muladhara. You can find it here: th-cam.com/video/3dX5e0O12jA/w-d-xo.html
Try to contract your throat so you will inhale slower. Also make sure you're inhaling down into your abdomen instead of just your chest and shoulders! You don't need as much air as you think do ;)
This is really helpful feels so much grounded and calm❤❤❤thank u
I feel a million times better than before. What a quick practice can do!
Thank you, love 💚
Right!? We don't always need so spend hours to feel better, just a moment of awareness can change so much 🙏💞
This really works , Nice One !!!
😊
Really nicely led by you Andrew. I was surprised how effective it was.
Thank you Emily! It's nice when we can find the short, effective practices. Then we have a tool for anytime we need it ;)
Most wonderful practice :)
