- I built this 1978 Suzuki gs1000 chopper about 12 years ago. Second bike I ever built. Finally got around to getting her on my channel. Not much original on this one. 2 into 1 4" exhaust on each side. Custom built swingarm/airtank to fit that super wide 300mm tire that is stretched 12". Air shocks on the rear in the middle. Air suspension gives the rear about 8 inches of travel. She rides like you're floating on air. Literally. Yamaha warrior gas tank. Harley brakes, controls, and custom harley wide glide front end. 1 1/2" custom bars. Harley 21"x 3.5" front wheel. Custom dual k&n air intake system. The engine and carbs are stock from 1978 just jetted a little differently. Runnig an extended front sprocket that is supported by an end bearing support.

Hey! Any chance u could tell me the k and n airfilter system on there? Building a 78 gs chopper as well, i love the intake u have
That is all hand made. 3” exhaust tubing reduced down a little on each end to fit those filters.
@@164ChopShop awesome thanks
