    Can’t say enough good things about Chris and his programming. He’s got great drills for skill development and good programming for increasing your power and speed. Do everything he says too - I didn’t understand why he put some stuff in his programs so I skipped them. When pains or imbalances developed, I added in his programmed exercises and stretches and pain went away and balance returned. He knows what he’s doing.

    Chris, love the content. Skaters seem to be a particularly good exercise for overhead rotational athletes (pitchers/qbs) - do you agree with that and how often would you program the movement for those athletes particularly at the youth level? Thx!

      It really depends. Recently we progressed through these and performed 2 sets each leg of each drill. However, I've stayed a whole session on one of these and performed up to 8 sets. Really just depends on the athlete and their need
